Despite being brand new, the brand isn't holding its own. To check on the tightness of the bolts I took the weights to work for a few minutes on the ground then they started wobbling, so I grabbed them by the collars and looked where a bolt popped while holding 100 pounds of luggage. While the two are cheap and unsafe, I will not take them apart and then mail them back using my time and energy. To do this, I need to send my money to them and if they don't want my bench, they can pick it up and dismantle it by the self-removal mechanism.

What a decent way to spend your money. Though there are some slight annoyances, the app is pretty smooth. The bench is very narrow, so the bar can be adjusted, for example when it's off the rack, it might be inconvenient to retch your hands. Then, you have to adjust the bench because you must move the seat and hold it while sliding the seat rod back into place. It is a very time consuming process. A long time does it. It was the built-in quality of their structure and weight that was annoying the most. Thanks to its relatively light frame, it has a very smooth tip and is easy to handle. Moreover, you must be able to load the bar without causing any obstructions. An odd thing about it is that you need to keep it in place to load it full of 25lb. Make sure you take care of it.

My son was gifted this for Christmas. It was quite apparent that after searching several stores and ordering an alternative online, I was not disappointed because I found this Gold's gym set at a very reasonable price as I anticipated. This is a good set for beginners or those who aren't heavy users due to the weight limit at around 125 pounds. If you don't mind maintaining or tone-up, this is perfect for you. If a person does some type of competitively lifting or transformation, they do not benefit from this set. The fitness routines in this set can go well with my son, but he needs to gain further education before he will be able to fit in workouts. This weight bench has a little more space compared to traditional gyms, as well as one that comes with it. The experience might be more comfortable for either a woman or someone new to the game. In terms of setting up for advanced lifters, it isn't ideal. In my son's bedroom he found this to be perfectly sized and suitable for his level. Due to their adjustable back, you can adjust the weight of the item so that it fits your body exactly as you want it. There was no trouble with assembling it. The weight is less than half the weight of the other two. Almost an hour passed while I made it. So far, he's been very pleased with the product and he's used it regularly for several months.

As a result, the bar's size makes excresing difficult, so I made an adjustment about how tall it would be at first. As of now, I'm still adapting as soon as I've tried it. Due to its thick nature, the weights are difficult to add/gent as well. As well, this frame can also be too narrow, so I have broad shoulders, but haven't had the issue of space that I have been having with any gyms' rows and rows since the gym opened.

I cannot imagine a more flimsy or durable bench. The straight bench press bar pinches the finger of someone who is placing the drink in a cradle badly. You can never change weights in a cradle as it will still keep its grip. During a change, it will end up weighing more than being able to cradle on the other end. The weight should be switched on floor where it will not tip. The company supplies properly made weights, bars, collars.

Having been told it is short, I decided to do this over. I am 6'8". Despite this, some of my workouts have been great. Describe how sturdy it is. After assembly, I had to take another look at the fastener. As of now, I have not had to deal with it in any serious fashion.

Unlike most toys, this is a bit small. This could be a 13-year-old boy. To avoid becoming completely empty, you can purchase something else simply because they're not wide enough.
