Because this is 100% made in China sort of stuff, plan a trip to the hardware store. Some of the bolts and nuts included in the kit had threading issues and could not be used. One of the back bolts appears to be unable to fully tighten, but this only resulted in minor wobbling, which I was able to overcome. It took more than a month for the package to arrive. I'm not sure why that was supposed to happen. It appears to be well balanced after being reassembled with new bolts in key areas, and the adjustable back functions properly. This is fine for my husband, who weighs around 250 pounds. It appears to have good welds, and I'm hoping it will last for a long time.
br>br>The bench arrived in excellent condition, free of any flaws or damage. When it arrived, it was also incredibly small. It was incredibly simple to set up and use. br>br>When I first tried it, I noticed a particularly important feature of the bench. The dimensions were ideal, with the bench's height allowing for perfect footing and a solid foundation for people of all heights. The bench's width was also ideal because it provided excellent support while not obstructing any workouts. br>br>The bench's material was excellent. It was firm enough for exercises but soft enough to be comfortable. On the bench, I didn't slip much, which is crucial because slipping can result in injury. It was also soft enough that if I had skin to bench contact, I wouldn't get abrasions. br>br>This bench was extremely versatile, fitting into tight spaces and complementing barbell racks perfectly. Also, don't be concerned if you lack weights. All you'll need is a set of resistance bands. I had some resistance bands on hand, so I attached them to the bench for even more exercise variety. The bands were very easy to attach and did not fall off no matter how hard I yanked on them. br>br>Overall, this is the ideal flat bench for anyone with limited space who wants to exercise. It is not only perfectly dimensioned, but it also has a variety of features that allow for a variety of exercises. This is an excellent product.
The legs of the bench have already bent after three uses. I sat on an incline bench and did some sit-ups. I completed 16 sets of incline sit-ups in total. I was doing push-ups on this bench the other day and noticed the bent legs. WOW! I'm not impressed at all right now. I weigh 185 pounds and am in good shape. It appears that the bench's material isn't able to withstand angled pressure. However, I'll disassemble the bench and try to salvage it. I bought it because of the UPS.
Although you will need a second person to assist with the assembly, it is not difficult if you have one. This bench is one of my favorites. I didn't put the "weights" brackets under the bench because they aren't necessary for stability. We'll make it up to you if you make a good purchase.
This bench is absolutely gorgeous! My feet are on the ground because I'm only 5'3". I'm aware that some of the benches are designed for people who are taller than average. My 6'1 husband, on the other hand, can make use of it as well. It's a win-win situation for all parties involved. Plus, I'll be able to store my belongings beneath it!.
This bench has far exceeded my expectations; it's actually larger than I anticipated, which is fantastic because I was concerned that it would be too small to serve its purpose. It's simple to put together, and once you're on it, it's extremely comfortable. The resistance band loops that come with it are my favorite part of it. The bench will remain sturdy even if you add ankle bands and do glute kickbacks like you would at the gym. Yes, resistance bands are included as well.
I like how simple it is to assemble the bench. I was astounded at how simple it was. Because I am not strong enough, I had to use an adjustable wrench. I had to hold the nut in place while turning the screw to keep it from moving. This bench is ideal for me because it is comfortable, sturdy, and the right length. This is the bench I would recommend.
This bench is fantastic value for money! It's incredibly sturdy and simple to assemble. The only criticism I have is that it is a little too tall for me - However, I am 5' 5" tall, so it would not be an issue if I were a few inches taller. br>Apart from that, this was a fantastic buy!.
