It has a length of 42 inches. This bench is one of my favorites. It's exactly what I was looking for. The middle is 12 inches wide, with each end narrowing to 10 inches wide.
The pad measures 10 inches long on the ends and 12 inches long in the middle. The base of the legs measures 18 inches in length. It's stable in my opinion.
The weight limit is 500 pounds, according to the bench. I wouldn't trust it with anything heavier than 300 pounds, though. 350 lb. is a good guess. The seat- The frame attachments do not appear to be very strong.
I haven't decided yet. I'm 187 pounds, but this bench is one of my favorites. It keeps me going for a long time. For me, it's very sturdy. I use it for lunges and squats. Please accept my apologies for not being able to respond to your query.

This is ridiculous, this is how someone gets seriously injured with a maximum weight capacity of 300 pounds. It is irresponsible to spread false information because it could endanger someone's life.
I bought this bench because it was made by CAP and I thought it was a good value for the money, with a simple design and a reasonable price. It was simple to assemble, but the screw anchors came undone, resulting in a wobbly overall bench. It's fine for occasional use, but if you're going to use it every day, I'd recommend investing in something more durable.
It's easy to assemble, and it's both sturdy and light. One reviewer complained about how difficult it was to cut the plastic straps? They'll have to keep working out if they want to stay in shape. Others have mentioned a wobble; I haven't noticed any; perhaps the screws should be re-tightened. You could use a lock washer if the bolt was tightened. They must be pushed past the rib on the inside of the cap (a bit of a wrestling match), as if only 1/4 inch into the rib, they will come off and cause wobble.
I just received this and am currently putting it to the test to see if it will hold my weights. I can do dumbbell rows and dumbbell shoulder presses, and I weigh around 260 pounds with 52-pound dumbbells. 5 lbs each, for a total weight of 365 lbs, which is more than the maximum weight of 300 lbs stated on their website PDF manual. br>br>I'm not sure I'd be comfortable doing a dumbbell chest press with a maximum weight of 300 pounds just yet, but check out the video below: Advantages: br>br>

Only two of the bench's three cross supports were included when it was delivered. Replacement parts arrived after nearly three weeks - They are, however, the incorrect size and do not fit the bench top (as shown in the photo), and they are also used parts. When I contacted customer service to see if the two parts could be replaced, I was told that the warranty had expired and that replacement parts would be costly (the warranty is 30 days, and I contacted CS between 30-45 days). 60 days). The weight capacity of this bench is clearly stated in the manual. The manufacturer's website and Amazon's description both list a 500lb capacity, which is incorrect.
