The height of the seat pad from the floor to the top of the seat pad is 18" when it is in the flat position.
Not very wide, depending on your size; good for bench press and incline but not for decline.
It measures 18" from the floor to the top of the pad. The pad measures 15 1/4" from the floor to the top of the structural support. The bench is extremely sturdy, which gives me peace of mind when lifting heavy objects. I was curious about the construction after reading other reviews. I discovered that those who had a bad experience couldn't follow instructions when putting the bench together and didn't double-check the bolts. I do slide off the bench when doing decline, but the safety for flat and incline is still worth it.
Our floor model is 35 inches long, according to my measurements. 75 inches in length

The assembly is simple. I did it without following any instructions - A+. It's simple to move around the floor with wheels on one end and a handle on the other. A+. br>br>On the negative side - It's quite a substantial bench - br>br>However, a substantial, well-made, well-made, well-made, well-made, well-made, well-made, well-made, well The custom-built bench is exactly what I was looking for, and it's exactly what anyone who is serious about working out needs. I haven't found a bench that is lighter and performs as well as this one. br>br>Would I buy it again - yes! Without any reservations.
This bench has been in my possession for about a month. "This thing is going to be plenty solid," I thought to myself as I looked at it in the box. "It was wobble city once I got it out, though. " "This is completely useless," I said to my wife. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that this bench was not as stable as the $150 bench I had purchased years before from a big box store. br>br>Given its weight of 90 pounds, I was hesitant to return it. Because the tolerances in the pivoting areas appeared to be sloppy, I went to the hardware store and bought some washers to try to tighten things up. The bench no longer wobbles as a result of this. It is safe for me to use and I am confident in it. br>br>Advantages -
- Steel that is solid and thick – thicker than a commercial benchbr>- It comes mostly assembled; all you have to do now is put the pads on. br>- It has a nice appearance and a great finish. br>- The pads are firm, so you won't have any trouble bench pressing a lot of weight here. br>- Angle levels are appropriate, and it's easy to adjust and stay in place. br>- Moving wheels are smooth, and the handle makes it simple to move around. br>- It's advantageous to be tall. My feet are easily flat on the ground at 5'7". br>br>Cons - If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, this is the place to be.
- To make this bench usable and stable, washers were added to eliminate slop in the pivots. br>- I expected to not have to do this for $400, despite the fact that it was a simple fix.
- The top of the head bench is far too small. It's 12" wide at the hips, which is a typical bench width. It's just a hair over eight at the top. "I wish I had known it was this small before I bought it; it's too narrow for me. " I'd be happier with it if it didn't taper as much as it does now.
- I suppose it's a decline, but I don't use it much, and I'm glad it doesn't have a large post in the front that gets in the way and makes the bench larger than it needs to be.
The bench is sturdy. However, don't count on using the bench for decline; instead, use the other model. If you lift heavy, you want to make sure your legs are locked and don't slip, so I wouldn't buy a decline bench until I had physically tried it out. Ideal for incline and standard bench presses, as well as shoulders. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br After You Have Used It. br>For serious weight lifters, I would not recommend this bench. My bench is uneven and sways from side to side. On the bench press, we were lifting a lot of weight with little support for the shoulders. This bench seat pad is designed for people who have a small behind when working on shoulders. You can sit on it, but don't expect a lot of comfort.
It arrived quickly and was simple to assemble! All you have to do now is attach the back and seat pads to the bench (6 bolts total) and you're good to go!.
The cushion is durable and comparable to that found in a high-end gym. This is a fantastic piece of gear.
I didn't expect a $440 watch to be of such poor quality. 00-pound bench press The framework appears to be sturdy enough. That aspect of it does not appear to be a problem for me. However, it was not as well-made as I had hoped. Both the backrest and the seat wiggle. And the ostensibly "pads" are just as firm and hard as others have claimed.
The most comfortable bench I've ever encountered. This is a very sturdy bench that will last a long time. I didn't expect this bench to sag, but rather to provide a stable platform for flat and incline exercise positions. This is a commercial piece of equipment, and the craftsmanship in the seat fabric reflects that. If you look after your equipment as you would anything else, it will last a long time.
It's a good-looking and well-made bench. It's made of a tough fabric. Anyone who wants to use the bench should definitely do so.
