If you're doing high-energy or intense exercise, I'd recommend removing the plastic pillars in the back of the belt; also, measure your waist and go by the size chart; I ordered a medium and wish I had gotten a small. Excessive sweating is a given. br>br>For reference, I am 5'6" and weigh 150 pounds, with a waist measurement of 27" and hips measuring 38". Because I have a small waist and larger hips, I appreciate that it has three velcro straps that can be adjusted to fit your body's curves. It is extremely comfortable and does not ride up. Under my clothes, I wear it directly against my skin.

I've had waist trimmers before, but this one stands out because it has three velcro straps. I used to have to pull other ones tighter at the top to get them to fit snug, risking the velcro not lining up correctly and scratching my skin. This one, on the other hand, is fantastic because each velcro strap allows me to mold it to my postpartum body. You can't tell I'm wearing it because it's hidden beneath my clothes. I've owned a few, but this is the best. br>br>Another thing to keep in mind is that I'm 5'5" and weigh about 135 pounds, so the medium fits me perfectly.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this outcome. It's ripping and shredding all over the place, and I'm forced to purchase a replacement. Do not waste your money on this product; I take great care of my belongings and only used soap and water to clean them. It simply ripped as a result of being worn, which completely defeats the purpose. I'm in the market for a new one, of course.

I first used this waist trimmer for just walking around the house, which doesn't make me sweat but does help my posture, so I decided to see how it worked when I went for a long jog, and that's when I sweated a lot in the area, so it's effective. I have a 42-inch waist, so I ordered a large, but I think a medium would have been better because the large can Velcro until it's on the back supports, and I'm like at the smallest size, the medium can Velcro until it's on the back supports. Which I've noticed have slipped out now and then, so make sure they're near the bottom of the material to prevent them from falling out. It's also difficult to squat while wearing this. Apart from that, I'm going to start running with it on to see if it can help me lose weight.

So I was a little hesitant to buy this one, but it was less than $20, so why not? It can be worn the next day, which is ideal; I tried it on and it fits perfectly, but it irritates my skin. When I'm cleaning or relaxing at home, I'll put it on. It's something I do on a regular basis. It is difficult to slide or glide. If it's on the wrong side, you'll have to rewrap it. It appeals to me greatly.
