I wish I had gone down a size. A medium at 5'5 and 140 pounds is quite large.
I've written separate product reviews for each product, but here's a quick rundown: The belt is excellent and does exactly what it claims, though it does nothing to alleviate pain in my opinion. It's a waste of money to buy a workout stick. It's filthy, greasy (even after showering), doesn't really make me sweat, and the stick broke after only one use, so it no longer rolls up. It smears itself all over the place. The scent is also quite strong. In the end, Get the belt and get rid of the stick.
These products are fantastic! Taking off the waist trimmer and watching all the sweat fall out is my favorite part.
It makes you a lot sweeter, but I think the enhancer smells awful. I am 180 lbs and 5'1", and I ordered a medium, but I believe I should have ordered a large; I'm not sure if it's supposed to be super tight, but it helps you sweat out all the water weight!.
Buy it now; I was a little worried at first, but the stick will make you sweat. It's just like deodorant in that it's simple to use. I'm glad I received it!.
