It came in a green tube with a storage net, which I was very impressed with. The item itself is long-lasting. I've washed it on delicate in the washer a few times and the rubber backing hasn't peeled. (However, air drying is recommended. ) Velcro that works well. The only drawback is that I wish it were a little wider because if you want to wear it lower, it leaves a bulge on the top between the bra and the band. Overall, though, it's a fantastic product.

I've tried a lot of waist trimmer belts, and I rarely sweat in them, but this one is different. Wow! I wore it for a walk on a 75-degree day, not even a workout or a run, and I was sweating through my shorts underneath. I'm 125 pounds and 5'6 inches tall, so I'm not obese, but this waist trimmer made me sweat profusely. Sweat literally poured out of it onto the ground when I pulled it down a little to show a friend I'd run into. I don't normally sweat a lot, so it's perfect for me. I think it's important to stay hydrated while wearing this, and I'm not sure if it actually slims down my waist, but it feels like it does. I'll have to take some measurements and keep you updated.

I had to get a new one because I had lost a lot of weight and my old XL belt was too big for me. After taking my measurements, I decided on a Medium size. I'm also a size medium. I understand the belt is small, but I was hoping for a similar or slightly smaller belt width. The Medium size is much narrower in width, and because I have a longer midsection, the belt does not cover my entire midsection. As a result, I continue to wear both belts. The smaller one was designed to compress my stomach, while the larger one was designed to cover a larger area of my midsection in order to reduce sweating. Even with the belt on, you can get to the dripping sweat. That is the only problem I have.

When the belts were first introduced, I used the first model, which helped me lose weight. I got the neon pink one this time, and the construction and material are a lot better. It's been a week since I've used it on my daily walks, and it WORKS! Next, I'm going to order the lime green.
