It works. After 60 minutes on an indoor bike, you'll be sweating after 15 minutes. Approximately 20 minutes.
I ordered two and only received one, which does not fit and is thus wasting space.
It's fantastic.
This is the best sweat belt on the market right now.
When I used these two together for weightlifting, I had a lot of sweat dripping off of me. For the effect to be fully realized, they must be combined. I did not sweat at all when I used the gel without the wrap.
It's fantastic! When I combine them, I get a lot of sweat on my brow. However, because I have a long torso, I must use two of them.
It is excellent.
