I'll have to return it and order a medium instead. According to what I've seen, the quality appears to be good for the price, so I'll reorder a size medium. br>It's time to make a change! I received my size medium a few days after ordering the small size, and I've been wearing it all the time. I'm very pleased with the product; it's of excellent quality and it works; it has slimmed down my waistline and made my stomach appear flatter.

I bought it to add extra support to my workouts and possibly wear it on a daily basis, but that was not the case. My quest for something worthwhile to spend my money continues. Yes, it is very sturdy, and the additional two laches will add to the tightness, but it smells awful and you can't move. I challenge anyone who gave this a positive review to do one burpee on it without the velcro coming off. If all you want to do for exercise is walk, run, or lift weights, this is a good option. Because the front isn't big enough to cover the entire front, it squeezes all of the fat down there. I ordered a small, and I'm 5'1", so I'm pretty sure this is something you'd find in a retail store overnight.

I'm grateful for everything it's done to help me lose weight. It hasn't resulted in any additional weight loss, but I am confident that the weight I am losing is coming from the area I want to lose weight from because of the inches I've lost. My stomach does not relax into my lap when I sit down because it has helped me re-engage my core after giving birth and a period of laziness. I'm grateful for the part this product played in helping me achieve my goal body.

It can cause agitation as well as an unpleasant flare-up. br>br>I bought this product to help define the area around my middle. I'm 5'2" tall with a weight of 112 pounds. I'm a size 2 in women's clothing. br>br>I wear the band for at least 8 hours every day, and it fits comfortably as I go about my day and expands as needed. It's safe and secure, just the way I like it to be. It was initially unsettling, but once you get used to it, you'll love it! br>br>I would strongly advise anyone who wants to stick to wearing it to do so.

Go up a size or two. The wrap is easy to use as described, but I ordered a size small based on the size chart because my waist is currently 28". When I put it on, the rougher side velcro only has about 1" to adhere to the other side, which is not how it appears in the photos. br>br>So, if you want the wrap to overlap like it does in the photo, I would size up one to two sizes because the measurements appear to be for end-to-end measurements. end on the wrap and not really for YOUR waist size. br>br>I decided to keep this one and order a larger one because I'm hoping to lose more weight. I also want to lose weight around my waist.

I'm 5'5" tall and weigh 119 pounds, so I'm in good shape, but this waist trainer is too small for me, not because I need a larger size, but because it's not made as well as it appears in the pictures. The fabric isn't long enough to cover the top and bottom of the garment. When you sit, it makes you look pregnant and gives you an underboob roll due to a lack of fabric on the bottom or top near your boob.
