This was instrumental in my survival. I've tried it, and I believe I'm using it for something other than what it was designed for. Due to a lower back injury, I was unable to exercise for a period of time, causing me to gain weight around my stomach. When I try to do any bouncing movements at all, my new belly pulls on my low back, aggravating my injuries. For me, your waist trimmer has come in handy. It keeps everything in place, and I don't have any back pain when I jump or run. It's a little firm when it first arrives, which I like, but it didn't hug my stomach like it should and looked strange in shirts (see photos). It softens back to normal after a week or two of working out. I've never felt hot or uncomfortable while wearing it, but it does raise a little depending on what exercises you're doing, and if you don't line the velcro up correctly, it will stick to your clothes. I would recommend drinking plenty of water because I've had sweat dripping down my back after a workout or yard work every time I've worn this. The pocket is also one of the main reasons I chose this style, as it keeps my iPhone 11 Pro Max safe and secure.

I would strongly suggest it. I am 5'3" and weigh 194 pounds, so a medium fits me perfectly. My old sweatband was too long and uncomfortable to wear, but this one is just right. After combining it with cardio, I've noticed a significant difference in my torso. I've lost 15 pounds, and the fat around my torso is shedding even faster, which is something I've struggled with in the past. It works well and keeps the heat in.

The fact that they're too short for my torso is the most common complaint I have with them. I'm also not particularly tall. I just wanted full coverage from under my bra to the bottom of my belly button. br>br>I went with the large because it would give me an extra inch of height. which ended up being ideal!! Length- It could be shorter in terms of length, but that isn't a problem because the velcro can close wherever it ends.

I've tried several different types of waist supporters or trimmers, and this one is by far the best. To begin with, the underside is made of a material that REALLY makes you sweat, rather than the smelly neoprene. If you've ever used neoprene trimmers, this may appear to be a little different, but it's far superior. The exterior is well-made, with good stitching along the edges and a strong velcro closure. It appealed to me because it includes a cell phone pocket. That pocket, on the other hand, is quite small, and I have to work hard to get my phone into it. Aside from that, I believe this product to be superior.
