There is no need to be concerned. That is simply my drive to keep going in order to lose weight. It's a good match. For the past week, I've been walking in my neighborhood. I was three days in when I shot the video. I'm happy with it because I've tried others before and they were too loose. I'm 5'7 and 180 pounds, and I just had a baby three weeks ago. My waist is 40 inches and I'm 40 inches tall. I packed a large size. I've set a higher bar for myself than just completing the pre-requisites. I had a pouch before I got pregnant because I'd always had one. I'm on a 12-inch weight-loss mission! For starters, you'd never guess I'd given birth from the way I look underneath my clothes; I'm svelte, and 6 inches have vanished in an instant. Another feature I like about this trainer is how supportive it is on my back. I didn't realize how much support I needed until I used it. I purchased it after seeing my sister's results, and I've already recommended it to a friend! This trainer has a special place in my heart. It's even thin enough to be worn underneath my clothes. It creates the ideal hourglass shape! I've only been doing it for one day, but after seeing my sister's body, I'm looking forward to seeing her results. I really like the adjustable tabs and how well they support my back. When you're doing a sitting exercise and need a different tightness, this comes in handy. It's simple to adjust; I used to have a corset-style waist trainer that took forever to secure all of the clips. Wrap one (large) and pull two and three times to finish.

So I put on my trainer this morning before going to work. I took it off during my break because it was too uncomfortable to sit in and I needed to eat. I put it back on after a short break and a hearty dinner, and managed to get the sides to overlap by three inches. I was able to button up my dress comfortably by the end of my shift. I still need to lose a few pounds to get it to fit perfectly, but what a difference a day makes! Even my husband was taken aback by the transformation.
