The waist trainer is fantastic, but the burning gel is even better. It gives off a lot of heat. Before I started working out, my abdominal area was red and swollen. It got hotter and hotter as the day progressed. It was extremely unpleasant and made me feel sick. I went to the gym and quickly and quietly removed my shirt and washed my tummy in the restroom. I'll have to clean the trainer and get rid of any gel residue. You could try a dab on a small area of your abdominal to see what happens, but I wouldn't go ahead and slather it all over until you're sure. It took me a long time to figure out what I needed to know. However, the gel is not required. Even on its own, the waist trainer is effective.

I started wearing this belt while jogging through a park near my house after finishing one week on Nutrisystem, where you are not allowed to do any strenuous exercise for the first week. First and foremost, I appreciate the phone compartment, which also has a small key slot. Second, the cream causes you to perspire more. I'm not sure how it will affect my weight loss, but I'll take any help I can get. The belt isn't too big and stays put. When I wear it, I usually wear a shirt over it, which does not pull and is not visible.

I rarely leave reviews, but I was so pleased with this purchase that I felt compelled to do so. It made me sweat a lot, and the burn gel that came with it gave me a lot of heat without irritating my skin. I ordered an M because I'm 126 pounds and it was the perfect fit; a small would have been too small, but it said to go up a size. It didn't bother me while I was doing squats and deadlifts.

The belt is exactly as described by the seller. I've only had it for three days, but I've been wearing it constantly during the day. I would suggest purchasing the belt to a friend.

For the price, the band is excellent. The only drawback is that it must be maintained with proper care. It literally tore while being worn on the inside of the belt; it does not provide lower back support, and because it is an extra layer, it will make you appear larger. Even if you don't use the gel, you will sweat. I ordered more and only use it once or twice a week. I use the belt on a daily basis at work. I work for UPS, so that should tell you everything you need to know. When I get home, I clean it and let it air dry for the rest of the day and night until I have to leave for work at 4 a. m. I'd like to order again, but I'm thinking about spending a little more money on a belt that will last a little longer.

I've been using it for about a week now. Although I have yet to notice a difference in the "flattening" of my stomach, I have noticed a small change. It causes me to perspire profusely. I haven't attempted to use the cream that came with it yet. I'll keep wearing it because I've noticed a small difference in my stomach, and it's only been a week. The fact that it is available in various sizes appeals to me. I bought another brand and had to return it because it was too big (one size "fits all"). I didn't like the fact that I had to wrap it several times. This is the only time I'm going to wrap it around. It also has a small pocket where you can keep your keys, phone, or cash.

I've started wearing my sweat belt to every workout, and I'm already seeing results. I bought a jar of burn gel because I like how it makes me feel; it's different for everyone, but if you're serious about pushing yourself and getting results, this belt and burn gel are a must-have.
