I've been combining it with an Atkins diet, light cardio/exercise on a mini elliptical machine, reusable plastic wrap, and sweat gel, as well as a neoprene top. Sweat? Work that is not strenuous. DRENCHED is what you mean. This waist trimmer is one of my favorites, and I can attest to the fact that it works. I don't sweat in the back, but when I put this on, it was all over! My brother and I went for a long walk (approximately 4 miles). I ran 95 miles, and when I got home, my midsection, including my back, was drenched. br>br>I will say that about 2 miles into the walk, it became difficult to breathe, but that is to be expected when wearing something like this, so be aware of that. I gasped for air like a fish out of water as soon as I took it off. Of course, you don't have to torture yourself like I did, and it's best to take things slowly. If you're running 4 miles, like I did, take it off after 2 miles or whenever you can't take it any longer, because it'll feel like you're in a sauna, and see how you fare. br>br>You will sweat if you want to. br>br>I'm not sure if this works for pain relief because that's not what I bought it for and I'm not in pain, but I'm sure it can be very useful if you want your body to be STRAIGHT and have good posture. It's also very adorable! br>br> (I got mine in a pink color. ).

The only drawback was that it reeked of chemicals. I'd like the band to be a little bit bigger. Aside from that, I highly recommend it!.

This is a good waist trainer, but I'm a 5'5 170 woman who wears a size 8/10 and usually wears a medium, so make sure you measure your waist

It's a small medium I'm buying. Because I failed to measure my waist, I am solely responsible for this oversight. I recommend getting a LARGE to anyone who is similar in size to me. I was going to return my trainer, but I'm going to sell it and order another one in a larger size. I hope this information is useful to someone.

stomach that is flat

Absolutely fantastic, my stomach has shrunk so much in the last month (I've had it for a month) that I almost looked pregnant, and in another month or so, I should be back to normal. It will stay in place even if you don't use it for a few days. I even went to get my belly pierced again because I need it for my hips as well. The only thing I don't like about it is that I have to move it around because I need it for both. But none of the others I've tried have worked as well as this one.
