The waist trainer in real life looks exactly like the one in the picture.
I started with an xl and am now down to a large in love handles.
I'm a size 40w29L, so I went with the 3x. It was a challenge at first, but I'm now on the second row of hooks.

In two days, I received it. I'm always wary of things I purchase over the internet. However, I purchased a 6x in the hopes that it would not fit, that it would buckle, or that it would have Velcro issues. br>br>When it arrived, I noticed all of the clasps and immediately thought of a girdle. Putting it on feels feminine, and thankfully I was the only one home. br>br>I figured out how to clasp it first, then slip it over my head. It's difficult for me to put it on because I'm 6'3" and 335 pounds. I expected to use the first row of clasps, but I ended up removing it and switching to the second row. (A total of three rows) br>br>I'm wearing it right now, and it feels good, but I can already tell that after a few workouts, I'll be switching to the tightest row. br>br>So far, I'm really liking it.
I've used it on a 50-mile bike ride, a 20-mile walk, and at the gym. Despite the fact that the temperature was only 50 degrees Fahrenheit during my ride and walk, sweat poured off of me like it was 90 degrees Fahrenheit. It kept the love handles hidden at the gym.
Having said that, the waist trainer I received was of good quality. durable. I've already put it to good use three times. Since receiving it on Thursday, I've used it four times. It is something I intend to use in the future. br>br>Last night, I wore it to the gym. It made a significant difference in my posture. Now that I've incorporated this into my daily workout routine, I'm excited to see the results. consuming only healthy foods.
I was given a medium and had to use the extension piece to fit it. I recommend going up a size from the suggested size.
I was worried I wouldn't be able to wear it because of sizing issues (I ordered the largest size, 6X, but I'm actually a size larger). The three rows of teeth, on the other hand, aid in sizing. It causes you to sweat profusely, which I enjoy. It doesn't cover everything because I have a long waist, and it gives me a muffin top near my chest, but it's still functional. I'm looking forward to continuing to shrink. br>br>Side note - Putting these on is quite amusing at first, but after a few attempts, it becomes second nature. I discovered that pulling with your hand instead of the straps, shoving it down, then pulling it outward and up, works much better.
I have an umbilical hernia and am 6' tall with a 350 pound weight. A 6x is the size I usually wear. I find that putting this on is as simple as putting it together, sitting on the edge of the bed, and stepping into it. Then fold the first few inches outward before pulling the entire thing up until the bottom edge reaches the desired low point. Then I unroll it, and it's ready to wear. Yes, it's a tad claustrophobic. It's the way it's supposed to be. I hook it together, center it around my knees, and stretch it out with my knees when I first get it. Then it'll be a lot easier. I've had mine for a few months and they're still going strong, despite the fact that I wear them for about 12 hours a day. Because I have two, I am able to switch them out. The only disadvantage is that these do not breathe in the hot summer. Sweat can build up over time, causing damage to the skin. However, there is no problem around the house or throughout the year.
Wal-Mart sells a low-cost tape measure. Get a true measurement around the navel area of the abdomen by going to Mart. I slept in this corset after wearing it to a restaurant. 👻.
I had never considered using a waist trainer before, but I decided to give it a shot. This has made a significant difference in my physique both inside and outside of the waist training. I've been using it at the gym both during the day and after work. It's so comfortable that I often forget I'm wearing it. It moves with my body at the gym and not only supports my back, but also my slumping posture on occasion. I originally ordered a medium, which fit perfectly, but after considering my exercise routine, eating habits, and consultation with the trainer, I realized I needed it to be a little tighter. The small is working its magic, which is no small feat for a man who stands 6'3" tall and weighs 220 pounds, and the results are impressive!.
