I simply put it on and sweat profusely. Wearing it makes me think I'll sweat, but not as much as I would if I were running.
The quality is satisfactory, but the quality of the product I purchased on ZSZBACE/COM is superior, and the same product can be purchased for $5 with the discount code "happy." Three of these products have already been purchased by me.

Okay, so I use Vick's vaporub to make myself sweat, then I wrap myself in plastic food wrap before applying this product, and as you can see, it's only been two months and a half. The end result is incredible. I still have a lot of work ahead of me, but that before and after photo is really cool right now.
It's cozy enough for a night's sleep. In just a few days, I've seen results (without working out)! Amazing!.
While I wouldn't call it spinal or back muscle support, it does help you maintain better posture. It also holds back abdominal muscles, allowing them to regain tension (as if they were a rubber band). After a surgery and a car accident (two separate bouts of abdominal swelling left me with a "puffy" tummy that no amount of crunches or other exercises could ever make "flat"), I really needed something to help strengthen those muscles again. After almost a week of wearing it, I was able to achieve the desired muscle tension, but keep in mind that I'm not chubby. It will take about a month for you to see results if your middle is thicker. I have the same material in my pants, and it took me a month of consistent use during workouts and walks to lose "baby fat storage" on my thighs and buttocks, so I know these products work for fat loss. However, as I previously stated, fat loss takes longer than simply tightening up loose or slacking muscles.
I really like this product; I wish it had a little more back support, but it's still good; I don't exercise much, but even washing the floors, cleaning the carpets, and so on, I was sweating; I don't sweat, so I really wanted to get my stomach down, and when I started to take it off, I felt the sweat and then the coolness afterwards; I highly recommend this product; and the fact that it came with a mesh bag was really nice.
It's comfortable to wear, and I use it at work to help me burn off a little more calories. I've only had it for a week, so I can't comment on the outcome. I'm dieting but not exercising outside of work, so I expect it to take some time before I see results, but I believe it's working. Thank you very much!.
So far, everything has gone according to plan. The back support is excellent, and the fit is perfect. There's a lot of sweat in my tummy. I intend to purchase again.
My waistline has already shrunk, which is a pleasant surprise. It's super soft and barely visible beneath your clothes. It's something I wear to work and when I go for a run. This is something I would strongly suggest to others.
In terms of making me sweat more around my midsection, I have no complaints about how this item works. The black, however, bled onto my white tank top the first time I wore it! I tried everything, but the tank is no longer functional. So, here's some advice for potential buyers: PRIOR TO USE, HAND WASH THE BELT IN WARM WATER TO REMOVE ANY EXCESS BLACK DYE. or your light-colored shirt will be ruined.
