If you exercise vigorously, I believe you can lose water weight, but I don't believe it will be long-term. I've lost weight by exercising and keeping a close eye on my eating habits. For me, a combination of the two is required.

Yea! I keep mine on all day long! It simply increases your sweat production and aids weight loss. (if you're constantly on the move)
The level of excellence is outstanding. The Velcro bond is extremely strong, so it will not come undone. I use mine during every workout session because it's a fantastic product.

I, like most men over the age of 45, have a little extra fluff around the middle. Okay, a little more than a smidgeonononononononononononononon Standing 6'2" and 240 pounds, I enjoy lifting heavy metal objects and placing them in the same location. This belt not only keeps my core tight during workouts, but it also helps me focus weight loss in the areas where I need it the most. I've been wearing it for over a month, at least 5 days a week, with no loss of elasticity or ability to firmly secure (Velcro). This is an excellent product that I would gladly buy again. And once more.

- Odor repellent is only effective for a month or so. After the third month, I completely stopped using it. br>I followed the cleaning instructions to a tee, but nothing worked, most likely due to poor materials.
- Even if I tightened the product, it would slide down.
- After a while, the inner belt's rubber-like material would turn white; I didn't use any lotion on the area where I put the belt, and I didn't use any chemicals or wet the belt with water. I'd like a refund, please. br>br>.
I'm fifty pounds and I'm wearing a size thirty pair of pants. I'm 5'10" tall and weigh a hundred pounds. This thing wraps around me and sticks so well there's some serious hold going on here with this Velcro. I've been using it regularly with my workouts and have noticed a difference in the amount of extra heat and sweat generated around my midsection. I'm already slim, but it's made losing the last little bit of belly fat a little easier, and the six pack is more visible. If something happened to the one I have now, I would buy this one again. Or as a gift for someone I knew who wanted to slim down because it has a slimming effect until you lose weight.
The overall quality of the product is excellent. In the past, I've had trouble keeping belts in place and from rolling, but this one stays put and doesn't roll. It's mainly due to the extended velcro patch and the fact that it can stick to any part of the outside of the belt; previous belts I've had only had a few areas where the velcro would stick, and only had about a 2" wide velcro strap that ran vertically on the inside, which would easily come apart when doing various core exercises, which was very inconvenient. This belt isn't one of them. br>br>It's also very simple to clean/wipe down. br>I'm very happy with them, and the fact that they have a lifetime warranty is an added bonus. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a Waist Belt to purchase this. br>br>- Yerko.
This wrap is one of my favorites. The material is of excellent quality. I sweat right through the wrap when I wear it with a sweat cream. It's well worth the money! It's a breeze to fasten the strap. It isn't visible through the clothing. It's flat on the ground. It appeals to me.
It fits perfectly, and I am a sweaty person. I'm not sure how effective it is, however. The verdict has not yet been reached.
I'm giving this belt two stars instead of one because it was comfortable to wear and didn't make me feel weird during workouts, but after a year of 2-star service, I'm giving it a one-star service. This belt failed after three weeks of use and one hour of use each time. The inner lining, as you can see in the photo, became fragile and began to tear and peel away. I washed it several times with regular soap in my shower to remove the sweat/salt. I'm not sure if that's what caused it, but this thing needs to be washed. It lasted about a year and a half, in any case. So, I don't know about other people's experiences, but this was only a temporary solution for me because I couldn't return it and it's unlikely to be warranted. With that said, in addition to the comfortable feel it has (as I mentioned in my initial review), I am blown away by the commitment to customers and product, so I am raising my rating to 5 STARS. I put it to good use. When lifting weights and doing cardio, you should do it five times per week. I won't workout without it because it fits well, provides excellent support, and has helped me lose weight. It is extremely long-lasting and well-made. It is easy to wash and dry. This is a product that I wholeheartedly endorse.
