Measure your waist and choose a size based on the chart; the L/XL size is for people who are 45 to 60 inches tall. The XXL/XXXL fits a waist of 47" and the XXXL fits a waist of 48".

I wear a size 24 and am a 3X

It definitely caters to plus sizes when it comes to the waist, with the largest size going up to a 4X size 28. BUT. The thigh straps are too tight for my big thighs, even though I'm wearing a size 24. It has straps around it, but they are tight, making it difficult to work out effectively, especially if your thighs rub against each other.

I was blown away when I first saw it. There was a lot of support, it didn't move, and the velcro was easy to stick to. I'm afraid to wash it now. br>br> I clean it after each workout because I don't want the velcro to deteriorate. I exercise for 45 minutes to an hour three times a week, which I consider to be normal and not excessive, but the velcro is no longer holding up well. It rolls up the support I had in my lower back (which is where I need it the most). I begin by putting it on my high upper thigh. The thigh part of my leg is down to my knees by the time I finish and stretch. I'm glad I'm at home because I'd be embarrassed if I were in a gym. br>br>I don't like giving negative feedback unless it's absolutely necessary, and I believe this is one of those times. I've only had it for a couple of months, maybe three, and I'm seriously considering replacing it. It was never my intention to do anything like that. I intended to keep it for at least six months before switching to something else, but I doubt that will happen. I know it's too late for a refund, but I'm going to do more research next time and get a better product. Maybe this was a little too cheap for what I needed.

It's also comfortable to wear while exercising. It takes less than a minute to get set up and ready to go. After that, I don't have to make any adjustments, even on leg day when I'm doing a lot of squats and lunges. After that, it only takes a few seconds to remove it. It's easy to see how it aids in isolation and concentration. After each workout, my workout clothes are soaked in sweat around the waist and thighs. I've also had great results using it in the sauna. It feels great to look great in those office slacks that were just a little too tight in the thighs last month, and now I'm pairing them with cute tops rather than digging through my closet for something to hide my mom pooch. You will not be disappointed if you include this waist trainer/thigh slimmer in your workout routine!.
