My physical therapy used a similar strap for part of my stretching while I received total knee replacement. I bought one to use at home so I can continue my stretching exercises. These are all the features I was looking for and they were less expensive. They came within two days with Prime and I have been using them.

My goal was to recover from a total knee replacement by using this product. As quickly as possible, you should be able to regain your range of motion. In my review, I focus on the use of post-surgical medications. First of all, I do not like using this program. It is uncomfortable to try to force your knee to bend, but it's There are a few things you could use from home to save a few dollars, but here are the reasons why you should absolutely use this. There is no measurement for the width of this strap on the seller's page, but every reviewer claims the strap is 1. 5 inches wide. I need the strap to be 1 and 1/2 inches wide. The reviewer stated that it would fit walls up to 2 and 1/2 inches, so I purchased this one. I am sorry, but the strap is only one inch wide. In my opinion, it is the seller's obligation to state the size of their product and/or to correct incorrect information listed on other sites. Although I returned the strap, I was able to find another one for my phone that is one inch wide, but if you are only interested in a strap that is one inch, you will like this well made strap.

There were differences between the product description and what was actually included in the box (as well as the answers provided here) it stated it was a 1-inch screen. Despite appearing to be 1/2 inch wide, it is actually 1 inch in diameter. In the booklet, it was described as being 100 inches long. However, it was about 65 inches long. The next time you want to stretch your muscles, use this product. This looks like the one I used in physical therapy, and I wanted it to use at home also. Please don't tell them, but I have an even better one! This is a really great tool for anyone who needs a little help with As opposed to using a yoga strap, the loops make it a lot easier.

My only problem with this strap was that it was a lot longer than I needed, so I cut it into 3 pieces as it was a lot longer than I needed, but now I have one strap for my arms and two for my legs so I can work on my inner thighs. This is an excellent stretch for any.

The material feels like nylon and This piece measures 1 inch wide by 71 inches It is incorrectly stated on the package insert that it is 100" long and 1" wide. A length of 5 inches. In the Amazon write-up as well as the reviews, the item is described as cotton (it is not), and separately as spandex (it is not, spandex is stretchy, this is not), and being 73" in length (also it is not). We went over the measurements with a yard stick and a cloth measuring tape as well. In any case, this strap can be useful for various types of stretching, and it is similar to the one my physical therapist I find it odd how the description and the product are not in agreement.
