Without a doubt! Using Vera's grips have taken the pain out of deadlifting and pulling the chest out from the side. With the grips, I don't have to struggle to grab the bar like I do with A bench lift or another push motion lift works well for benches! Thus, I have purchased a boot for my son and then a boot for a friend who is a powerlifter and is the co-coach of a High School weightlifting team.

It is a great shame that these products are so disappointing, considering they cost such a premium. It is not long enough for my fingers and hands even if I buy the largest size. Although I'm 6'3" with small hands, the hands do not appear excessively large to me. Moreover, they never let me down, no matter how tight I make them. Still, it seems as though they are slipping to the right or left. Each time I change the set, I keep adjusting them. They are still better than traditional wrist straps, though, I have to admit.

With my measuring tape in hand, I took a look around. When I contacted the seller to exchange them, I let them know I was wearing them properly (not too tight around the wrist), but there was still an excess strap around the wrist. My wrist has been measured at least five times. My measurements were 6" (according to the chart, I should have gotten an XS). They seem to be made of good quality material and construction, once I got used to tightening the grip, I enjoyed using them. It is 7 inches around my wrist. There is an annoyingly stiff 1 inch piece of strap on the wrist when the watch is wrapped around my wrist. It catches on my sweats and pockets. My strap would extend beyond the velcro so I had to stuff pieces of yoga mat into it to hold it in place. It's a shame these don't come with adjustable straps given their price. *Update As of 9/1/20 As I tried them loosely strapped to my wrist, they rotated a lot while rolling the tongue around the bar, they rose to the base of my thumb, however, since they are looser, there is greater tongue to work with, making positioning on the bar and rolling tighter There is a star next to the comment.
