Questions & Answers
They do stretch to some extent. The resistance is proportional to the width of the band. They're as abrasive as any hip-hop outfit should be. I started with the purple a few weeks ago, and now I'm ready to move on to the blue. Strengthen your body!

Watch the video for more information. I'm a big fan of bands, and after my rubber ones broke, I decided to upgrade to fabric bands. Here's how it works: Each of these bands has the same resistance level; There are three of them, each with a different length. This means that if you want to do certain exercises (band walks, fire hydrants, and other booty stuff), you'll need the "light" (aka longest) band. In addition, your workout will be rendered useless. I just tried on the lightest band after opening these. I started with the "hardest" band, which had the same level of resistance as the other two but was the only one small enough for my workout. It wasn't worth wearing the "large," aka light, one because it was already too big around my legs. br>br>Is it possible that these bands (? Because they're a little bigger and will fit around bigger legs, they'll be good for thicker girls, but don't expect different levels of resistance. br>br>Don't get me wrong: I think it's great. The fabric appeared to be fine; I can't speak to its durability, but if you're looking for three different levels of resistance, this is the one to go with. Take a look somewhere else.
They're rolling around, and it's causing a lot of pain! These are fantastic! I only had one issue with bunching with the lightest resistance band, and that was only when I used it in one direction for one exercise; everything else was fine. I love the color and thickness of these. These appear to be extremely long-lasting. My legs and arms are as happy as I am!.
So. This product has a $6 refund fee; I'm so used to free returns that I'm surprised the seller charges for returns on a $17 product. br>br>I found the product to be ineffective. The large and medium bands were too big for me, and I'm not particularly petite, so the only band that would provide resistance would be the 13" small band, and it wouldn't be much. Returns are charged, which is very disappointing, but I guess I didn't read the fine print. However, for those who are already using resistance bands, this will not be a beneficial addition to their routine, but it will be beneficial for beginners and those who are new to resistance bands.
I looked for days to figure out which bands I should buy next, and when I found these, I knew they'd do the job and be better than the rubber bands I'd been using, and the five-star reviews added to my confidence. br>br>I got them a lot faster than I expected, which was great because covid- Everything has been put on hold because of the number 19. br>br>Before writing my review, I wanted to put them to the test. So far, they've been fantastic! I've used them five times and they've never slipped or rolled, as the description stated. They are thick and durable, so I don't think they will snap like my rubber ones did. I appreciate that they are machine washable because I was worried that sweat would cause them to stink over time. br>br>My only quibble is that I wish they came in a variety of resistance levels. Even though they all feel the same to me in terms of resistance, they all have a strong resistance, and because they are so durable, I don't think they'll ever become weak. They do, however, come in a variety of lengths: small, medium, and large, which I assume is to aid in various range of motion exercises. They do come with a cute little bag to keep them in when not in use. This is fantastic because I always bring my bands with me when I travel! Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase! br>br>.
They're also wider than regular bands, so they provide a lot more resistance without pinching your skin in one spot. You will receive three different bands in your order, each of which is small, medium, and large, allowing you to use them for a variety of exercises. br>I've only recently begun to use them, so I can't speak to their longevity, but they appear to be well-made and sturdy. br>Overall, I would strongly advise them!.
If you're anything like me, you've been looking for these bands for a long time and aren't sure if it's worth it. There is no need to look any further. They have a 3-star rating, which I like. It comes in a pack, and it's a great deal. I used them for the first time, and they made a huge difference when it came to squats. A leg workout actually makes you feel like you're accomplishing something! I'm looking forward to doing a lot more trainer-inspired workouts with these, as they seem to be exactly what I was looking for in my home gym!.
During hip thrusts, I use the green or purple band, depending on how hard I want to push myself, and they REALLY help me get that glute/hamstring burn. They also appear to aid in the maintenance of stability, in my opinion. They don't roll up and are very relaxed. I'm so glad I bought these at long last!.
I adore these; they're far superior to the flimsy little plastic bands available at any box store. You know, the ones that look like they're made of balloon stuff? These are excellent for glute exercises, leg exercises, squats, lunges, and other similar exercises. I believe the stretch level is the same on all of them; the diameter of the band varies. And I suppose that's why you have different resistance levels. When I use these for squats, lunges, and leg lifts, I can definitely feel my glutes getting a workout.
