The portion of the wrap that goes around the bar is 1. 75 inches in length The wrist wrap portion, which is padded, is two inches long. 25 inches in length. It has a great grip and a great feel to it.

Not suitable for those with smaller wrists

This item is well-made, the material appears to be genuine, and the strap is comfortable. However, I can't give this a five star review because there aren't two sizes. . . I'm a woman, and an athletic one, with an average sized wrist, and my issue with this product is that because the neoprene padding is so wide, I can't actually tighten the straps as much as I would like in order to get the best possible grip for a good dead lift, and what's even crazier is that I've had trouble working an axle bar br>So if you have really thick wrists, I would totally buy this product and feel secure, but if you don't, I would caution that you're going to want to send this back. . . It's too late for me to send mine back, so I gave it to a guy friend of mine, but that's definitely a bummer because now I'm back trying to figure out where to buy my next steps with the right kind of rubberized traction.

I really wanted to like these, but I had to return them because they were too big for my wrists and the way they were made didn't feel comfortable, even when I squeezed them as hard as I could to keep them in place. I'd have to continue looking for wrist straps in the XS size.

It's okay, but it could be a lot better

These straps' appearance and material appeal to me. Durable and fashionable! The only flaw is that they don't stay on my wrist during Pull Days and aren't secure when walking around the gym. During a session, they unwind, and I have to re-loop the strap several times.

Because of the cushioned back, your wrists will not be cut. Your grip will not slip thanks to the rubberized grips. The overall quality is immediately apparent when you open the package. I can't say enough good things about these!.
