Several months ago, I ordered these lifting straps and received them quite promptly. I have been purchasing Harbinger straps since the 1980s, and they are as good now as they were then. With a price of Why spend 99 dollars for the pair when the risk is so high? With these straps, I have been able to perform heavy lat pull downs, heavy barbell bent over rows, heavy DB bent over rows, and even heavy I have found them to be very effective. In the event you're looking for straps and you train, you won't find a better deal anywhere.
In short, yes. A set of two straps is included in the set.

They are not genuine Harbinger products. *There is neither an insignia nor an emblem to identify the Harbinger. It is mandatory to have the Harbinger logo on all straps. You can see for yourself if you visit their website. Having not yet used them myself, I can't comment on their reliability, but can say they aren't designed in the way a real harbinger might be. There is a great deal of difficulty threading the strap It is also made of a different material. This is also not a good price for a knock-off. A genuine harbinger costs the same as a fake one**Update These are best used after three My conclusion is that they are complete junk and a complete waste of time. My Harbinger lifting straps are completely worn out. I cannot even take them out of my gym bag anymore
So I found my real Harbinger lifting straps, and the difference in materials and quality is vast.
I think these are great It has a good price, is rugged, and it doesn't have a lot of frills
These will last forever
I have fat hands / wrists and it is made to fit within my size!
Order Now! In order to help with pulling, I bought these Deleted to allow me to hold onto the bar with my hands alone and not rely solely on hand strength. You can do all kinds of tricks with these straps whether you're using them on a barbell or a dumbbell or a pull-up bar Bar at the top It works best on a smooth surface (like a steel bar)
With a padded bar (like my pull-up bar) this doesn't work (but it does work on steel bars, like my pull-up bar). You can't get the wrap too tight when you use a knurled barbell or dumbbell grip as the straps won't slide as easily and they won't slide as easily as a U-shaped barbell. I want it to be tight like you want it to be
Still. Straps such as these do precisely what they're meant to do. NOW AVAILABLE for a wonderful price*. *UPDATE As a result, I purchased "Best weight*lifting Rod Hooks" (Brand Grip Power Pads) that helped me to hang more easily during pullups. It helps me prevent relying on hand strength when pulling and I do not have to rely on it alone.
They perform well but they're too short and stiff to be effective. The tail ends of my hands can't be wrapped even when I don't use them on a pull because my wrists are smaller than average. It's possible to work around the stiffness somewhat, but it makes even knurled bars feel less than "sticky," especially when they're.
Before use I wash them, just as I have every strap I have owned for more than Even the washer and dryer were not able to keep up. The skin was badly ripped. You can view pictures here.
Straps that are excellent for lifting. They normally do not come in handy for pull-ups When I purchased the pull-ups, I wanted to use them every now and then In grips on up bars, the rubber coating acts as a anti-slip coating, as the rubber itself is either slimy or not attached to the metal, making it For both of these exercises, it's difficult to grip the bar, especially if I'm doing twenty reps and a 15 reps fix There are 25 pulls These are an excellent choice! I suppose I'll remember to take them to the gym once I bring them home!.
I therefore desired something to help me do that. With these I was able to lift heavier weights while deadlifting. Even though they are not a solution for a weak grip, they allow me to challenge myself now when I do heavy deadlifts. It's only when I get close to my maximum strength that I use them, I don't use them on every deadlift. It is important to improve my grip, but also want to be challenged when it comes to heavier weights while it is improving.
It might be a good idea to purchase the most "legit but cheap" version of straps if you’re like me and change your straps every month or two. The following is what I want you to know Ain't no such thing as them! The straps arrived frayed, are shorter than regular straps, and almost have a smooth feel to them that makes them impossible to You can spend the extra $5 on a decent set of 23" inch straps for the same price.
A forearm injury has kept me out of the weight room, but the weights keep calling to In just one week, it became easier to wrap the bar/ handle around each set! I was worried that it might get tiresome. I actually became used to it and it felt intuitive! Using 2x cables, 2x dumbbells, 2x ropes, using 1 handed, 2 handed, and 2x barbells. It is possible to do even circuit training with them once you become accustomed to them (took me 3 days). This product is also great for holding your edger/ trimmer while you are working out in the yard.
