Is it possible to use this strap with normal weights as well?

What you mean by normal weights is unclear to me. Any exercise that requires a pulling motion, I use them. It showed up well in my tests on seated rows, bent over rows, deadlifts, shoulder shrugs, etc., and it seems to be a good product, so I recommend buying if you are thinking of buying lifting straps.

Straps with a lot of strength
5/5

There are no fading, fraying, or wear signs on them. My sink is filled with mild bacterial detergent that I use to wash them. It has been gratifying to receive A vibrant color scheme is present. A fabric is sewn over the strap on the one with the stars. In the one with stripes, red dyes are interwoven into the fabric. Generally, I think the design choices are excellent. However, you might want to add more padding on the inside around the wrist. A rubbing or irritation does not occur, however. It was important for me to have a longer length so that I was more protected. This advice varies from person to person. The material rolled or wrapped around the bar should be picked up in a shorter length by smaller hands or short fingers. The two other workout bags may require me to reorder two more pairs of shoes. Each of my workout bags is dedicated to boxing nights, weightlifting nights, and yoga/martial arts nights It is important to organize and not forget anything for arts nights. Please note that In my farm, I use the straps to make a variety of things. Long distances are involved in carrying heavy buckets, toolboxes, etc.

Unlike most grip issues, this one is actually quite effective
5/5

My home gym has these strips that I purchased during a workout there. It was a deadlift set and I couldn't keep my grip because I was sweating a lot. These are what I found, I skipped the usual Amazon purchase process that includes reading reviews and comparing alternatives, and I clicked through. I had no idea how to use the devices when they arrived a week later. While DMoose's tutorial was very helpful in learning how to apply them, I wasn't completely sure if I was doing it right and whether they would be effective. However, after numerous weeks with them, I can confirm that they are an ideal solution to grip at the I find it amazing that something as simple as a strap can enhance my grip so much like this but it's effective.

One of the issues you may run into is setting up the straps quickly on the barbell or surface you are holding. You don't need to worry so much about the evenness or distribution of grip on the surface. Don't wrap it around the surface multiple times, but rather, wrap it around the surface twice. Another useful technique is to rotate your hands over the surface repeatedly, as if you were revving a motorcycle Wrapping the strap around the bar is quick and easy with this method. Visit it to see what it's all about. In addition to its solid products, DMoose also sells a lot of them. There are also elbow straps for leg ups on a power rack that I bought from them. It was also a solid purchase.

I like the straps
5/5

The number of straps I own must be at least ten. My collection includes several different brands, and I enjoy trying them out. It's good to have these straps A good-sized, thick webbing, providing a comfortable grip, and a length that is long enough There are many straps that are too short and hard to wrap around the bar as a result. It is good to have long straps like these. The majority of the exercises I do with them are assistance exercises for Olympic lifting Power snatch and snatch grip deadlifts, along with.

The clothes are good-looking, but the fit is I'm so sorry! While not bad, I'm still searching for a 100% cotton set if these do not soften up as time goes on
4/5

There are some stiff ones on the back of my hands that dig into the back of my hands so hard that it almost causes me to quit before finishing the last few repetitions.

The purpose of these is to hold me over until my grip strength improves
5/5

Due to the fact that my wrist/forearm grip gave out before my lats did, I was losing reps. I get a few extra reps from these. Your kind words are appreciated, It seems to be an adequate length. As a rule, I do not like using lifting aids due to their tendency to hamper muscle stabilization, but I noticed that my grip was impeding my lat gains and batwing gains. Arms with a lot of size. The product quality and pricing are great for DMoose and I'm on my third one. The reason I have been buying the blue color scheme is that no one I lift with uses blue so I am able to differentiate among them, and the color scheme is consistent on each item.

The thickness is different, but it's durable
4/5

This was the first pair of shoes I bought back in April, hoping to lift heavier weights and build my strength. I have been pleased with the straps so far. The weight I can deadlift in sumo has increased from 245 pounds to 280 pounds within the past week. Before straps, I could never grip more than 200 pounds. There is one complaint about this set, it feels like they aren't meant to go together, because the stripped one is thinner than the stars one and the stars one digs into me a bit more than the stripped one. It doesn't matter to me all that much that the stars strap at the end is fraying, I only deadlift once or twice a week.

This is one of the best I have tried
5/5

I think they're really well made, and they're really This item is in excellent condition with no In addition, it checks off two of the most important factors for me. In the first instance, the strap is soft enough so that it does not dig into your skin, which is a common problem with inferior In addition, it is long enough so that you can wrap it twice around a bar without losing the grip. In my opinion, these straps are pretty good if you're looking for a good solution. And they look amazing as well! The best of luck!.
