I was completely blown away by the product. The exercise bands and accessories that come with them can be used to perform so many exercises. It is difficult to read the miniature representations of the different exercises you can do in the program due to its miniature size. These images were scanned into photo files and then enlarged in a photo editing program. Once I had printed them, I emailed These will now be of use to me.

There was some concern they wouldn't have the lbs like they advertised in the advertisement. I thought all the bands were going to have the same resistance as the ones I've previously had, but these you can tell the difference between them instantly.
