Questions & Answers
Yes, all heavy exercise equipment (with the feet) is put to work.
Not sure. I'm using it to power a stationary elliptical machine, and it's working great. The pads appear to be thick enough to be used on a treadmill as well. Based on the treadmill's "feet" size, this is just my best guess.
The four pieces were placed beneath the four main contact points between the treadmill's bottom and the floor. To protect our new carpet, we used them alongside a full-length floor mat. These pieces prevent the treadmill from digging in as deeply as it otherwise would. I hope this information is useful.

These small pads are nice and thick, appear to be very durable, and are the perfect size for my seated elliptical cross trainer's legs. It looks a lot better than a large mat on my hardwood floor. I am pleased with my purchase.
We didn't think this was a good deal. We put the pads underneath the treadmill, but it continued to move and bounce, which was not what we wanted. I wish it had done what it was supposed to do and stayed put, protecting our carpet from scratches.
My mother was pleased that it was protecting her hardwood floor from the encumbent bike she had received as a Mother's Day present.
It's very dense and well made, and I bought it to use under the trampoline.
My floors were saved, and there was no swaying.
This is an excellent product that is both durable and long-lasting.
It's a lot easier than putting the bike on the mat.
