This mat, as well as others similar to it, appears to be a fantastic idea. What they don't tell you is how difficult it can be to properly position a 200-pound treadmill on this mat. While moving the treadmill around, I easily ripped two holes in it, as seen in the first photo. br>br>There's also the issue that, despite what they claim, these mats do nothing to help protect carpet. A 200-pound machine with a 200-pound person on it will shatter and rip holes in your carpet just like it would if it weren't for the mat. I went and did what I should have done in the first place after less than a week of using this filthy mat. I went to Home Depot and had a nice piece of plywood cut, which I used to mount my treadmill on. Please refer to the second image. It's 100 times sturdier and 10 times easier to get the machine onto for nearly the same price.

The Peloton will love it. We've had it for nine months and it still looks brand new with no signs of use. When riding a spin bike, these shoes are ideal because they prevent slipping.

This mat is adequate, but the density of the material falls short of my expectations, as it compresses far too easily for my liking. And, because it's so thin (calling it 1/4" is a stretch; it's actually a little thinner), it doesn't offer much protection for a hardwood floor if the equipment on it has any sharp edges. Although the hard rubber mats we used under our treadmill and elliptical several years ago weren't much more expensive than this mat (at the time), they are far, far better, and you truly do get what you pay for. Hard rubber mats, on the other hand, cost a lot more now. On the plus side, the fact that this mat compresses easily allows the exercise equipment to settle close to the floor, resulting in a stable surface (e. g. , e. g. , e. g. , e. g. , e. g. , e. g. , e. g. , e. g. , In use, it doesn't rock too much from side to side). So it works fine, and at today's prices, it's a pretty good deal.

The mats are exactly what they said they would be. Two of them were purchased. One will be used to support a small exercise bike, while the other will serve as a weight bench. The second, however, has been serving as a yoga mat for me.

I was unsure whether this mat would work with my treadmill. However, if it does, "YES" IT IS PERFECT! Surprisingly, it appears as though I paid more than I did. This mat has space in the front, back, and both left and right sides. It isn't overly bulky or thick. It's no problem for me to roll my treadmill on top. It appears to be very neat and tidy. While on my treadmill, I was applying an oil treatment. A few drops fell on the mat, and it easily wipes away. I absolutely adore it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!.

My treadmill, which measures 70x34 inches, fits nicely on this. It isn't particularly thick, but it appears to be durable. Despite the fact that the treadmill is on slick vinyl flooring, the pad does not slip. It's simple to clean and vacuum, and it doesn't seem to collect a lot of dust. I'd buy it again.

This mat is currently being used underneath my 75-pound spin bike. My height is in the middle of the range. Since moving my bike inside onto the mat, I have not seen any tears or perforations under the feet of the bike; there is a large indent where the feet are, which is to be expected, but no tears. The mat is also very easy to clean and does not absorb any sweat; all it takes is a quick spray of cleaner and a wipe down with a cloth to make it look brand new. I'm hoping this mat lasts a long time, but if it doesn't, I'll update. Overall, it's a little pricey, but you get a large mat that protects your flooring/carpet from sweat and is simple to clean.
