At each point where the machine touches the carpet, I have these beneath a Bowflex HVT, a Bowflex Max Trainer M7, and a recumbent bike. They took the place of large, rubber jigsaw mats that shed rubber bits all over the place and discolored light carpet. Because the front wheels of the treadmill travel a few inches when raising and lowering the incline, I still have a better mat under the treadmill; if these came in 4 x 8, I'd replace that mat as well (two of them side by side wouldn't work well with a wheel rolling across them). These are large enough to (barely) fit the M7's large plastic feet, but they're not ideal if the contact point will move. br>br>So far, I'm really happy with them, and my wife thinks they'll make our exercise room look a lot better, plus she thinks they'll cause a lot less long-term damage. The carpet has sustained a long-term injury. They obviously only protect the flooring from fixed equipment that you will sit, stand, walk, or run on. They don't have a cushion for dropping free weights, and they don't protect your carpet from wear from walking around the machines repeatedly. It appears to be of good quality. br>br> Some are slightly bowed, but if you put the raised side up, the weight on them will flatten them out. It's good that they're a little to a lot thicker than the mats they replaced.

I had been looking for a long time for a good exercise equipment mat, but they all seemed to have mixed reviews in terms of thickness or sturdiness, and the good ones were quite expensive. I use these under my spin bike - I work out in a small space and rent, so I didn't want anything too large or that would rub off on the floor. I had an anti-anti-anti-anti-anti-anti-anti-anti- I had been using a fatigue mat under my bike in my workout space, but I wanted to make sure it didn't break and scratch the wood floors. These were an excellent choice for under the bike's feet and on top of the mat. They're thick, strong, and hefty - As a result, I don't have to worry about the bike going through them or falling off. This was an excellent purchase.

  For my private online clients, I use a home gym for indoor cardio. Earlier today, 12/30/21, I took a rough but LIVE video. For my stationary bike, I had large mats that covered my floor. I had intended to purchase large mats in a color other than black, but then I came across these. So far, everything has gone well! These have a very small footprint, which I like. They're great for a bike, in my opinion. If you run a lot on the treadmill, they may move. Perhaps this is why you get six instead of four in a pack. If I need more pads, it's nice to have two on hand. They're thicker and more difficult to work with than I anticipated. Excellent quality!.

These are high-quality blocks that protect floors while also absorbing the vibrations of exercise machines. They've also put an end to the shocks I used to get when I walked on the treadmill. br>br>We bought two sets to give our NordicTrack treadmill full cushioning. Our wood laminate flooring hasn't given them any trouble.

When I use my foldable exercise bike, I don't want to move a standard floor mat to another room, so I bought these mat pieces. They stay in place and leave only a small imprint on the carpet, which lifts quickly. I'm not sure how they work with non-profit organizations. They're carpeted, but they're textured, so they should stay put. If you don't want to fold or roll a mat to store when it's not in use, I highly recommend them.

The mat that came with a used Bowflex Max Trainer I purchased was in pretty bad shape, and it was obvious that it wouldn't do much to protect my carpet (it was too thin). While looking for a better replacement mat, I came across these pads and decided to order them instead, as a large black mat on the floor around the machine is not appealing to me. br>br>The pads arrived a few days later, and I was surprised at how heavy and robust they are. For some reason, I was expecting them to be "squishier," but don't get me wrong: I'm glad they're stiffer and heavier. They are more responsible than I anticipated.
