"2pcs., according to this seller." ", which shows two complete assemblies for the 3/8" shackle. "2pcs." it says for the 1/2". "However, the shackle and its pin are counted as two separate pieces." VERY SURPRISING!
It's a 1/2" stainless steel screw, and it worked perfectly for me.

The beauty of this 1/2" stainless steel shackle cannot be overstated. The shackle and pin appear to be made of 12" stainless rod, implying that they are as strong as forgings, which is exactly what you want in a shackle. The drawn rod appears to have been polished because it is so smooth. br>br>I purchased two of these for use in my off-road vehicle. My winch hook and tow strap hooks both require a 12" shackle to fit through the openings, which these do perfectly. They are also stainless steel, so they will not rust. br>br>If you require a 12" d-ring, please contact us. You'll be glad you purchased these, ring shackle.
I used it to make a punching bag out of a marine buoy. I had to return both of the smaller sizes (as per Amazon's recommendation) because they were too small to fit through the loop. This was the smallest size that would fit the buoy properly. It's strong, well-machined, and has a lovely finish, so that's a plus. It'll last a long time and is a high-quality item.
On the 1/2", the title and package say 2 pcs, but the description says 1 pc. You are only given one. The 3/8" size specifies two, and you get two. However, both sizes have excellent quality.
As described, it's more likely to be 7/16 than 1/2". Clearly, metric 12 mm, rounded to the nearest 1/2".
It's perfect for my Hi-Fi system. To provide a jacking point for my frame, I used a lift jack.
Beautifully crafted and extremely strong, this item will last a long time.
Took the place of my anchor's rope. winning!.
Finish and quality are excellent.
