My pump works fine, but I doubt it will pump up to 4 gallons. There is 5 gallons in the container. Water pressure builds up and it shuts off when it is too high. Washing my boat with it is what I do A trailer is parked right next to the river with the boat on it. A copy of the four-page report is attached Connect the hose to the input and stick it into the river for 5'. The output of the filter should be connected to a 50' hose. A small battery should be used for power.

This pump was installed a few days ago, and along the way I found that its bottom was leaking. The metal ring connecting the front and rear sections of the pump would leak every cycle where it connects to the bottom of the The pump was bought as a back-up pump when I went off the grid. Other than that, we had a flojet pump that lasted over four years and still works even after I plugged it directly into a solar panel with battery backup.

In less than a month, I bought this pump and by August 13 it decomposed, stopped sucking, and heated up. It no longer has a guarantee, and it is a bad product that I do not recommend.

I don't think the product can be trusted for a long time. I must say the product doesn't work for an extended period of time. Despite my disappointment, I would not buy from this store.

The two out of three pumps did not work very well , I returned them, and after 15 minutes, the third pump stopped working as well.
