In order to replace a different brand of pump, I used a Seaflo As soon as it ran out of oil, the other brand would self-destruct. It was powered by 110-volt ac and tripped the GFI. A quick update Currently, there is a leak in the pump, so we are contacting the manufacturer about a replacement under As long as the Seaflo is run on a DC voltage from a power supply plugged into the GFI circuit, it does not trip the GFI. Unlike the other SeaFO, the SeaFO does not require an accumulator as it does for the other. I have just had it for a couple weeks, so I will let you know my experience after a year or two.

I have never used a pump as good as this

I have never used a pump as good as this. It is quiet. Can be submerged without submersion. The primer does not need to be applied. When the demand for water drops or stops, the pump shuts off.
