You might be able to get replacements from Hiviz. There are also extras that come in different colors with the sight. As well as any old light pipe that has been cut into a length can be used if the ends are heated with a lighter. If you are not sure what diameter to use, just make sure you have it.
According to the specs, it is the same height as stock. I'd say it might work, but I might consider using a rear sight adjuster if target or hunting are your hobbies. Using these distances, you can use your fixed sights point of aim, or you could use SD distances to match those.

is pretty good in and of itself! By using this device, one is able to see the front sight to a greater extent! The ability to hit the target quickly allows someone to do so. It was also nice that there were three different types of optics included in the set, as well as a tool to help remove the fiber optics! I don't know how this sight differs from my factory view, other than that it may be a hair shorter. As a result, I am shooting groups that are higher than the hold of the Ruger factory Using my calipers, I found that the factory sights were a little higher (by only a very small amount). Changing the hold with just this little bit is all it takes. The rear sight would also need to be adjusted as a result, but I am out of adjustment at the down position so I cannot lower the point of impact. With the exception of the change in hold, which I can get used to, the sight can be easily installed. These are two of the things I bought I bought two of them, one for my 6" barrel GP100s and one for my 4" barrel GP100s.
I am glad I did. My product was so easy to install that I thought I missed a step. I was so satisfied with it I thought I missed a step or something. The front end of the sight should go into the pin first while you push the pin down. The pin is released after the back end is inserted, which makes it easier to insert the back end. The green color came on top, and the red side was on the side. I hear switching colors is a nightmare, but I like the green color quite a bit. However, it is not likely to glow in the dark. It draws light just fine but won't I would not buy at that price. Otherwise, the sig sight would cost about 5 percent of its cost.

An HIVIZ is required if you own a GP100 with a removal front sight. Using my 327 mag GP100, I replaced the stock front sight. There was a huge difference in the way these old eyes saw things. A very reasonably-priced fiber optic cylinder that has not only a green fiber optics tube, but also red and white fiber optics tubes. As I experimented with each of them, I decided that the green was the best. Despite the fact that I am not sure it improved my accuracy, it certainly helped me line up the target a hundred times easier.

This product installs quickly, easily, and seamlessly on the Ruger GP161 front site position Exactly what I was looking for. It is very useful to have three colors provided, although in my experience the green one is the brightest followed by the red one. In any case, the usefulness of a spotting scope is greatly determined by the quality and contrast of ambient light as well as the target being observed. This front site is far superior to the black ramp provided by Ruger, as no question could be asked. The green insert works perfectly in normal "room" light. Due to the low light levels in the firing lane of our local range, the red insert works better than the green and the white does not at all sight well. The bottom line is that, even though this front sight is far superior to the stock sight provided on our revolvers (new last year), the measure of improvement that one experiences will differ according to the lighting conditions. When the green insert is exposed to broad daylight, or even typical room light, it looks fantastic. The sighting of a green target is not recommended unless one is sighting on one. If red is best, then go for it.
I have to say, this sight looks good on my Ruger SP100 Installing this product was incredibly simple. The task of digging through your punch drawer for the right size takes longer than it does to actually perform the task. This is an awesome feature to be able to change sight colors (red, white, green) and also be . . . and the best part is the price, you cannot beat it! It took me a considerable amount of time to open the package compared to the installation of It is as if the HI VIZ GPLW01 sight is a whole new sight when compared to the stock sights on my Ruger GP100. Rather than using the present stock sight, the company should use this one instead. Simply put, I strongly advise you to buy these sights if you are even considering them.
My favorite part of shooting the 357 again is the sound. With this thing, you can really see your front sight clearly again if you wear reading glasses or more. This makes it much easier to align the sights, to see the picture, and to use the sight. *Are there any signs of rough I have no problem with it. It features small metal wraparounds around the fiber optics to protect them from damage, and is quite rugged compared to sights on many different types of firearms. Rather than disappoint me, he has not let me down.
