Questions & Answers

A Remington 700 308 with a 20 moa base is the gun I use. The installation of four 4x4s will be done The Burris MTAC 14x42 scope has a 30mm objective lens. Can you tell me which height rings to ?

There is no difference between medium and small rings. Three and a half inches from the top of rail to the base of the scope tube, zero at the lows. 25" in length. should do the math because it depends on your barrel profile (straight or taper), which will determine how much clearance you have Hope you are successful, I'm always trying to make it as low as possible. You should order med and low if you are in doubt, but return the low one.

The scope was made in which country? The origin of your work?

It looks like I'm only seeing rings instead of a scope

I am planning to mount a Vortex viper pst 6-inch I am using a Remington 700 sps tactical aac sd with a 24x50mm lens. The weaver has a moa base of 0. In which height would there be the least clearance?

three Remington 700s (long range, SPS tactical, and ADL varmint) and they all come with EZ track rails with 0 MOA EGW and weaver low 6 hole tactical rings with Vortex Viper 6 50mm barrels. In both 24 and 4, please provide the context. The Intrepid is made up of 22 There is no issue with clearance with these longer scopes, even when they are covered with scope covers. It may be necessary to have a higher ring for a short scope. In my opinion, these rings are very secure and don't slide off.

Is it possible to use these ?

As long as they can access a weaver or picatinny scope base, they will have access to the Thomoson/Center.

Don't underestimate it! Please ensure that the fit and finish are as good as possible
5/5

Weaver rings are one of the most reliable brands. During the years I have used several sets and never had a problem I marked up my brand new score because of the poor machining on the lower mount, which was the only problem. As soon as I noticed this, I used a socket with a diameter close to the top piece's and 600 grit wet/dry sandpaper to remove the high spots, which were only found on the outer edges of each of the bottom My gun shop was notified, and I emailed photos of the marks on the scope (it wasn't a Swarovski or Nightforce, but it was expensive). It has been a while since I heard In my experience, If you're going to use Weaver mounts, I suggest you carefully inspect their fit and finish before you use The reason I didn't do this was that I've never had any quality control problems with the mounts I bought from Weaver.

These scope rings are tough! I like it a lot! These are on every scope I own
5/5

A gust of wind knocked my gun to the ground as I was shooting my AR off the cab of my pickup. As I went to change targets, my gun fell to In spite of the fact that my zero was way off, between the Nikon prostaff 5 and it, the zero is still near perfect. The quality of the 6 was good. There is a 5' drop off in my front lawn I remember my brother had the cheap $10 scope rings, his shoulder strap broke and his gun fell four feet and both bolts from the rings that held them to bases snapped and the day's hunting was over for him. I highly recommend it.

If you have a magnum rifle, you better have it tuned! They were mounted on my rem 783 in no time at all
3/5

It's a 300 win mag with Rem factory bases, which are weaver style if you're wondering. Despite being just a few inches below my new blackhound scope, the rings made good contact with the bottom halves. I was told that the top half of the rings made very little contact and that they needed to be lapped a lot, based on the pictures I saw with the gunsmith. It is a good value for the price. I have only had them a week and have had no issues so far. They are holding up Having only gone through 10 rounds, I have a lot to learn. For anything larger than a , my advice would be to use them carefully. On scopes over 50 dollars, you may want to have them lapped just to be on the safe side. when it comes to magnums! I'm also a bit worried about the length of the screws. Nevertheless, they are heavy and are wide rings that the gunsmith said "were plenty thick" and the guns have I see you have the 4-inch scope Using a 14x44 tube with a 30 mil wall thickness. I am not clear on whether the 6 will work I think the 24x50 will fit perfectly with the medium rings since my zoom ring just barely clears the bolt. I mean, you really can't get any closer than that!.

Rings like these are excellent without the pricey price tag
5/5

I use a variety of these rings on different scopes and they always work as expected. They are not the high quality CNC type, but on the other hand you aren't paying a lot either. If their cost is compatible with your build budget, the high end items are top notch.

We are no longer able to enjoy the same level of quality
3/5

There is a lack of quality in the fit and finish. It was so bad that the screw heads caught on the caps before the screw threads penetrated the countersunk holes because of bad counter sunk holes in the ring caps. It was so bad that the screw heads actually caught on the caps before the screw threads penetrated them. It seems that utg caps and bases are better suited to each other. UTG because they use a round bolt to lock in to the pic rail. ) Although so far the rings have done well, I'm glad I put them on a Vortex scope that has a In the future, I will have someone else make my rings.

Weavers are good at what they do
5/5

It works well on my new 17 in spite of not having 6x screws on top. My scopes will break before these, but I fall down a lot so we will have to conduct an impact test the next time.

Contains some but not all parts
4/5

Despite the fact that I love these rings so much, I ordered three sets to put on three guns. However, in one of the packages, I did not receive all the bolts required to tighten the rings to the scope, so I only have five instead of six rings on one side. If we could have all six, that would be great.
