The Pelican Kayak Transport kit (PS0481-3) is compatible with these foams. They're sold separately so you don't have to buy a whole new kit if you just need to replace your foams. They'll make it possible for you to transport your kayak or SUP safely.

EVA is used to make the pads. When traveling by kayak or SUP, EVA is a very flexible and elastic component that provides better shock resistance.

EVA foams also have adhesive properties, ensuring that the pads stay in place on your vehicle while you drive. They also have an anti-slip material on the bottom to improve grip. Simply install them on the roof of your car and your boat will be ready to go.

This set comes with one 22-piece soft foam pad. 7 x 3. 58 x 9 cm (4 inches).

Unfortunately, the slots in the foam pads are far too small to fit over the crossbars of my roof rack, so I'll have to find another application for them. Bummer.
