Questions & Answers

What advantage does the Key Card have over the Key Card vs. the Key Card vs. the Key Card vs. the Key Card vs. the Key Card vs. the Key Card vs. the Key Card vs. the Key Card vs. the Key Card v Download?

They are the same thing if you look at this product page. With the key card, you must wait for a card to be printed and mailed to you with a physical number. When you do the download, the number is (I assume) in your Amazon account. So, if you have a week to spare, get the key card; you'll need to download it from Microsoft and create a Microsoft account in any case. In any case, this is a one-year subscription product, and if you let it lapse, all of the software will cease to function.

Is it possible to renew a subscription by using this key?

This works to renew a subscription, but if you're traveling, keep in mind that the location you use it is crucial. I bought a key in the United States, but when it came time to renew it, I was on a temporary assignment in Mexico, and Microsoft detected my location and refused the renewal. A Microsoft customer service representative informed me that I could only renew my subscription from within the United States. The product will work in any country, but it must be activated in the country where the key was purchased. Once it was renewed from the United States, it began to function properly.

Can I share Office 365 Home premium with other members of my family because I don't have 5 computers or other compatible devices?

You can share it with more people as Sunshine Dawn and Steve O (currently 4 others, but that will soon increase to 5 for a total of 6 users). Each person gets their own 1TB of storage and can use it on up to five computers. You do not have to share your login credentials, as some people have suggested. That is completely incorrect.

It's not looking good
3/5

The good: As promised, I received my package in two days. The rest is as follows: It's supposed to work on FIVE different machines. It worked for ONE person. The code was then deemed invalid by Microsoft. I'd like to "return" it, but I can't imagine how inconvenient that would be. VERY let down. The error message is as follows: br>br> br>br>Unfortunately, we were unable to locate this product key in our database. If you have a product key for Office 2010, Office 2007, or Office for Mac 2011, you can redeem it and download Office from this page. The world has evolved
4/5

The bottom line: I prefer this deal to trying to purchase an Office 365 license directly from Microsoft because it is less expensive, you get more, and you have more options. The full review is as follows: br>br> br>More to the point, Office is no longer the same animal it used to be. Office 365 is a better deal in the long run than purchasing a downloadable, installable product-- because this deal includes a downloadable and installable product br>br>So, what are you expecting to get out of this? br>br>The ability to use the most recent version of Office in the browser is included in this package. If you're using a machine that doesn't have Office installed, you can log into your Microsoft account (which is required) and use the browser-based version of Office. All Office apps are available in web-based versions. This also means that "OneDrive" (formerly known as "SkyDrive"), an online storage service, can be used to store up to one TeraByte (1,000GB) of data, anything you want, private or public, or simply shared out as you wish. br>br>IT'S ALSO THE ABILITY TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL OFFICE 2013 OR 2016 ON UP TO FIVE COMPUTERS FOR UP TO FOUR PEOPLE! That's the cool part; in the past, you might have had to buy multiple copies of Office, be the sole user, or limit yourself to using it on a desktop and a laptop. Now I can install it on my desktop, laptop, and Surface Pro, as well as my wife's PC and my daughter's computer. For the most part, I've been using Office 2016 and am pleased with its performance. In some ways, 2016 is similar to 2013 and 2010, but only in minor ways. br>br>Office for a year is included in this package. You can buy two or three and stack them to extend your subscription (if you're worried about the price of Office going up) or to add more people to your subscription (if you have a large family and want to include mom, dad, and grandma). I used this code to add a year. It was only simple because I looked up how to do it first on the internet. br>br>Which brings us to Office 365's one and only real flaw: anything that has to do with the internet browser The browser-based application Based apps strive to be as close to the desktop as possible, but they aren't quite there yet. OneNote is the most similar program I've seen, while Outlook is the most obnoxious and ineffective. The fact that the browser has a built-in security feature is a big plus. Versions based on Azure (a. k. a. "the Cloud") are used. , "on the Internet") indicates that, depending on your Internet connection, they will typically run a little slower. Because managing OneDrive via the browser is more inconvenient, I prefer to do most of my work on a computer, such as uploading files/folders, creating new folders, and so on. based OneDrive interface for downloading individual files or sharing files with others. The entire browser interface is attempting to emulate the "Kanban" look seen in Windows 8's "Metro-style" interface. now- called- Apps and aspects of Windows 10's look and feel that are "modern. " br>br>My general rule is that the browser-related issues should be addressed first. For small tasks on the go, I use based Office, but for anything more substantial, I use my PC. br>br>You must also manage things like who you share Office with and how you download using the Office website. They exaggerate it to the point of being irritating. It's difficult to get the 64-bit version of the software. If you don't want to use the 32-bit version of Office, you can download the 64-bit version. bit. You must select "Install-Application" from the drop-down menu. > Options for Language and Installation - > Additional Installation Alternatives- > After that, choose a 64-bit processor. You want the 32-bit version. There's no reason to bury the best-of-the-best-of-the-best of the best-of-the-best They don't know why they're performing version that far down unless they're hoping to avoid tech support issues. The Home Subscription is as follows: br>br> Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and a 1TB hard drive are all included. up to 5 machines, up to 4 people, and up to OneDrive br>The Personal Subscription is the same as the Business Subscription, but it only covers one user on up to five machines. br>There are a lot more options and things to think about in the Business version when making a decision. br>br>Overall, I think this is a better deal than paying a few hundred dollars up front and knowing that the next version will require me to purchase it again, and I won't get the benefit of the additional OneDrive storage space. It's less expensive at this price, and I'll always have the option of upgrading to the most recent version of Office or sticking with the one I have. I think of based versions as an afterthought or "bonus feature" - I wouldn't rely on them exclusively for day-to-day tasks. I'd also like to see subscriptions and installs become a little easier to manage.

Great tool at the lowest price I've seen so far
5/5

BY FAR the best deal I've found on a year of 365 (it was around $0. ) 05/day for a year of use across each license), and the quantity of licenses allowed me to install it on my mother's laptop as well. I even had the option of sharing a license with a friend. br>br>In response to: br>br>In response to: br>br> Licenses can be shared: You can absolutely share licenses with others without granting them access or allowing them to connect to your account in any way. You'll be asked to sign in to your Microsoft Account, where you'll be able to invite people to use a license by sending them an email. Simply ask them what email address they'd like to use for their Microsoft Account (if they don't already have one) and enter it in the field provided; that's all there is to it. You do not need to provide any additional information. It's very simple and completely private.

I'm thrilled that I'll be able to renew my Amazon membership
3/5

I was able to save money by renewing my subscription through Amazon. I didn't have much of a choice but to renew because Microsoft wouldn't let me edit older documents. Microsoft makes it impossible for customers to speak with a live person, which I find to be extremely unjust and infuriating. Customers are not allowed to talk about issues that are unique to them. Consider the following scenario: Since September, I have been without power and internet. until the end of November , I was in Puerto Rico during Hurricane Maria's devastation, and I wanted to see if my 2017 subscription could be extended. I'm thrilled to be able to renew my Amazon membership at a lower cost.

What a fantastic enhancement! I'm glad I upgraded from Office 2007 and 2010 to Office 365 at long last
5/5

It is unquestionably superior to previous versions. My wife and I have it installed on one desktop, two laptops, three iPads, and two iPhones, and we love how convenient it is. We've been able to stop lugging around our laptops because we can change and update files on even my iPhone and have them work perfectly when we get back to one of my computers. When we used Apple applications like Keynote and Pages, we couldn't rely on the changes in the final files and had to re-create them every time. They should be edited. Thankfully, this is no longer the case! In addition, once you've gotten used to the new interface, it's fantastic. br>br>In each program, I find a number of things to be easier to do and manage. I strongly advise anyone who is still using older versions of Office to upgrade. While no software is ever perfect, for my needs, this comes very close. Last but not least - I used to have problems with Outlook, but that is no longer the case. Whatever they did to the program, it now works flawlessly on all of my devices, including my desktop, laptop, iPad, and iPhone.
