Avoid if at all possible because the company and support are abysmal

Before you buy Adobe products, think about it. Its policies and customer service are appalling. I bought an older version of Acrobat Pro DC (desktop installation, permanent license) that included Live Cycle Designer for forms. It was the main reason for my purchase because it was the only way to get Live Cycle Dedigner at the time. However, Adobe reached into my PC during one of the Acrobat Pro updates and removed Live Cycle Dedigner without warning, which I discovered when I needed to use the program - and then it vanished. It was required for a critical task. The software was not able to be reinstalled. I discovered the secret deletion after a couple of frantic days of online searching. A large number of users were enraged - Especially for large businesses with hundreds of forms to keep track of. Following that, I spent several weeks calling Adobe, getting transferred, hung up on, and generally getting the runaround - and it was never sorted out. I'd had it with it for a while - After spending too many days on the phone, chat, email, and in the forums, they wore me out, and the official word on Adobe's site is that they decided to sell it as a separate product, so it was removed when Actobat Pro was updated. I'd have to purchase the [separate] item now if I wanted it. But I had already paid for it, and they took it from me. What a terrible business. BEWARE.

This is necessary software, but it is WAY overpriced! Nothing has the ability to create or edit

pdf files in the same way that the real Adobe Acrobat software does. And the 2020 version is better/faster than the previous one I had. br>br>However, it is exorbitantly priced!! They also haven't fixed the issue where the program says you aren't signed in to your Adobe account, but when you do, it says it's going to start a 14-day trial. Then it's time to lather, rinse, and repeat. Adobe, wake up! For sky-high software, Why can't you fix the account authentication issue despite the high prices?.

The code was not functional

The code was unable to be executed. I chose a Windows version and was told to download it, but the code they gave me was for a Mac version.

This product does not download from the link or website; a product that does would be nice

The key is provided by clicking the link after entering the code to obtain the license. Then you press the download button, but nothing happens. I tried going directly to Adobe to download it, but that didn't work out either. The key isn't in the right place. After $449, I've lost 4 hours of my life that I'll never get back. br>Not only for myself, but also for work. Let's see how long it takes to get this money back.

My Acrobat Pro 2017 quit working for some reason. I tried reinstalling from the software library, but the pro version refused to install. So I forked over another $450 for a download of the 2020 version, only to discover that I am unable to access it.

The link to download is broken. For the same price, I had to cancel my order and download directly from Adobe; go direct and save time and effort.

Make sure your IT team is ready to go

They do not inform you that you will need special software to download this. Our IT guy was aware of the situation and was able to load and test it. Uploading was a pain, but the end result is fantastic!.
