Quicken's previous offerings have been reduced in functionality

I used to have the old Quicken "Family Lawyer" software and liked it a lot. However, it is outdated software that will not work with Windows 10 on the new computer. I assumed Quicken "Legal Business Pro" would be similar, so I purchased it. Unfortunately, this is not the case. You can no longer export the text so that you can add custom language or tighten up the program's default formatting (which turns a one-page document into three), and you can't even cut and paste text into your own document. Things like generating an amortization schedule for a promissory note are also no longer available. Forms for Residential Leases are not included

When I first looked at this product, it said it had leases, but after purchasing it, I discovered it doesn't have any residential leases and warns against using the Gross or Net Lease included for residential purposes! I'm stuck with forms I won't use and $50 because I can't return it because it was a digital download. I'm now a thousand dollars in debt!.

I was under the impression that this contained legal documents- However, it is nothing more than boilerplate material that can be found for free on the internet. THIS IS NOT A LEGAL FORMS SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

This is a terrible product, and you should not buy it

It is a poor tool for contract writing because it lacks flexibility. Some of the law clauses/pharses are downright stupid, and you can't change or exclude them as a user in order to move on from screen to screen to create a contract, so I ended up writing my own contract outside of the software. As a result, it is a waste of money.
