I couldn't get anything to download onto my computer, and there was no one to call. Very dissatisfied

They're fantastic. Send them an email or give them a call with your questions. You have complete freedom to change your mind at any time. Each time you change your will, you'll need witnesses to sign the documents.

What is the average time it takes to receive download instructions?

Following my purchase, I received immediate download instructions.

What is the best way for me to contact someone about a question? It was all going swimmingly until we got to the part where we had to add names to the estate. ?

There are no phone numbers provided, and I've never been able to get any answers to my questions.

YOU CAN'T PRINT WITHOUT ALSO PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION

BEWARE OF THE BUYER! RIPOFF. This is a swindle. I read everything that was available on the internet. For the download, look at AD on the screen. There was no mention of a subscription being required for printing. (The cost of the subscription is higher than the cost of the software. ) Amazon's decision to allow the sale of this software on their platform is disappointing. br>br>I'll try to get the sale canceled.

On a Mac Catalina, it works perfectly

This is just a rough draft of a review. I've only just finished installing the software on my MacBook Pro, which is running macOS Catalina v10. I was mostly concerned because of remarks made in WillMaker reviews. Trust 2020 when they say the software is 32-bit and won't run on Catalina because it needs 64-bit. Also, the download took a long time, and I was perplexed as to why I should pay more for the 2021 edition. It took me less than a minute to download and install. This is a typical installation. Based on my research, the 2021 version resembles WillMaker more closely. 2020 Premier is a trustworthy company. Both versions have a lot more features and documents than the standard 2020 version. According to some discussions, the 2020 version would have support until the end of 2020, while the 2021 version would have support until the end of 2021. It is not necessary to obtain support in order to use the software. Because this information did not come from Nolo, it could be true or false. What is unmistakably false is that this software will not run on Catalina. It works perfectly.

There are no options for a joint will in this program. You can only make individual wills, which is inconvenient for me because I am married. You don't realize this until after you've purchased the item, at which point you're out of luck because this item has a no-return policy.

I bought it, but it won't open on my Mac. There was no way out, and there were no phone numbers to call. It was a waste of $70 buck.

There is no way to specify dollar bequests

If you want to leave someone a specific amount of money, such as $5,000, I couldn't find a way to do it- You can only bequeath a percentage of your estate to someone using this program. like 9%- which could be more or less than the amount you intended to leave them. I tried to resolve this through their support, but it's woefully inadequate, especially for a program that deals with technical legal issues; for example, I kept getting redirected to FAQs that didn't ask the question and seemed to be focused on resolving technical issues; I eventually found a form to email them, which I did, and I'll see if they respond.

There were no issues with the authorization code or the printer, as reported in other reviews. The download was simple, and I was able to use the software to create and print wills for both my wife and myself right away.
