When something is as useless to a person as this software, there should be a way to get your money back. It's as if you were expecting a radio and instead got a brick. If you want to set up a Living Trust for your beneficiaries after you die, follow the instructions on the box. BUY THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Living Trust is so simple that it only distributes your assets to your designated beneficiaries when you die. If you're looking for a true declaration of provisions that allows the trust to continue as an irrevocable trust for the benefit of your beneficiaries during their lifetime, this is not the tool for you. Again, it's a pity that software purchases aren't refundable. They should drop the word "trust" from the name because it is ineffective at building trust. Be careful who you buy from.
I was so dissatisfied with it that I cancelled it before I even finished buying it. The money spent was not well spent. br>I've had Brderbund Family Lawyer since 2002 and know how to write a variety of legal documents, including leases. br>For a few dollars, you can purchase the forms and simply fill them out.
The download of Nolo Willmaker 2021 has been blocked, and I am unable to install it. Turning off all Microsoft and Norton 360 antivirus and security software (both current versions up-to-date) It is not possible to download this file because the date is out of date. I've tried everything I can think of, including changing security settings to allow one-time downloads, but I still can't get it to work. Other apps are not a problem for me to download.
To put it another way, you've just squandered your money on a bug. a POS that is full This is not a high-quality item. br>br>Update: I contacted'support' for customers. They took three business days to respond, requesting information about my operating system, product version, and so on, to which I promptly responded. Now that it's been nearly a week - NOTHING. USELESS is the name of the software and the company. Spend your cash on something else.
I assumed that was going to be in there. A pour-over will was not included in the living trust. It has a standard will, but I was hoping for a "pour over" will because these are living trust documents. My money was a waste.
It's similar to filing an electronic tax return in that the program works in a similar way. There are no complaints about how slick and well-designed it is - But, at the end of the process, it will print out a LOT of warnings with each section about scenarios where the will you've just completed may not be accepted or may not do what you think it will because of "A" or "B" or "C" or "D," etc. , and good luck figuring out whether any of those things apply to your will without hiring a lawyer to sort through and decipher all of these cryptic messages - So, I guess I'll have to hire a lawyer after all, so this was a waste of money, be aware and forewarned. br>br>In addition, because the software is non-refundable, it's money I could have saved and put toward hiring the lawyer I'll need in the end.
By not hiring a lawyer, you can save a lot of money. I've created a number of documents for friends and family members who live in three different states. In all three states, every document produced was readily accepted.
The explanations for various legal documents are very simple and easy to understand.
