PLI Patent Bar Review Homestudy Course Version 8.8

  This software was delivered to me on September 1, 2011. According to PLI, it is not the updated version for the 2011 exam. Furthermore, the Patware exam software license expired on September 30, 2011, rendering it useless. Amazon requires that the seller be notified of a defective product within 14 days, which is clearly part of the seller's plan to refuse a refund.

Shipping takes a long time. I waited two weeks for the CD and it was still missing. They offered a 10% discount and began the shipment as a 10% response to my complaints. br>br>However, when the CDs and materials arrived, there was no patware, despite the fact that the materials stated that patware should be included.

The PLI item is in excellent working order. The package contains all of the components. As advertised, the workbooks were free of markings, and the CDs/DVDs appeared to be unopened. I purchased the 2012 edition, which has been updated. Awful. This dreadful system ignores the actual content of the exam. Even though appeals make up a quarter of the questions on the real exam, this section only has three thin pages that aren't nearly detailed enough. It makes no mention of provisional applications, which make up a large portion of the actual exam, and it makes only a passing reference to PCT practice, which is heavily tested. This covers the content of the exam from ten years ago, but the system as a whole is outdated and ineffective.
