ZooMed vs
5/5

Pangea (or Repashy, for that matter) Pangea is victorious in this game. While my Pangea foods were being shipped, I bought some ZooMed powdered food from a pet store and tried feeding it. The ZooMed was fine, and she licked it for a few seconds before losing interest, which isn't unusual for a baby or juvenile gecko, so I used that as a baseline for trying other foods. It'll be a success if she eats it at all. br>br>When the Pangea Growth and Breeding arrived, I made it a little thicker, like soft serve, and she took A BITE out of it. She went for this food with a little more vigor than usual. It's possible that she's become more accustomed to eating, and she's also tried two new insects (a cricket and a wax worm, both of which aren't particularly nutritious but shipped quickly and arrived first; better feeders are on the way), boosting her confidence. br>br>While she is growing, I decided to begin with the growth and breeding formula. I purchased all of the Pangea flavors, as well as one other "with insects" flavor in a red bag. I'll alternate between the two and add vitamin-dusted feeder insects as needed. According to what I've read, most baby and juvenile reptiles require a higher percentage of healthy proteins during these early stages of development, so I'll continue to use fruit/insect blends. br>br>I also have Repashy Grubs n Fruit (which I ordered from Chewy), but I have yet to try it. In a few weeks, I'll include it for some variety. I didn't want to keep opening all my food bags because she loves the Pangea, but I'll update my review once she tries it. br>br>Other reviews mentioned issues with the expiration date or a strange odor. So, my bag is only good until 2020. I'm sorry, but I'm not in a position to comment on that. The strange odor could be due to the vitamins and minerals that have been added. I detected a faint odor that reminded me of chewable vitamins or multivitamin pills, which is understandable given that this powdered diet is fortified with vitamins and minerals! I can assure you that it does not make this diet any less appealing to my gecko; she clearly enjoys the taste and is unaffected by the faint vitamin odor. br>br>I hope this information is useful!.

This is a fantastic product at a great price! Everyone, like, OMG! This gecko food is simply incredible! My poor crested gecko used to eat by force before I discovered this brand
5/5

I felt terrible for even feeding it the previous brand, which I won't name because I don't want the executives of that company to be disappointed when they read this review. The above-mentioned brand had a revolting odor! It smelled just as bad as it smelled, and it tasted just as bad! Everything changed, however, when I purchased Pangea Gecko food. I had to try a taste when I mixed it because the fruity aroma was so appealing, which I don't recommend because this is strictly for gecko consumption. When I gave my baby geckie her food, her eyes lit up like they were saying, "Thank you so much. " I eagerly anticipate another meal! "Now she eats like a horse, her color is vibrant, and she's grown at least two inches!" As a gecko parent, I can't say enough about Pangea Gecko food! The most reputable brand available! GO OUT AND BUY IT!.

I recently purchased a baby crestie from Craigslist, and the crestie was the smallest of the clutch
5/5

He was a tiny man. Now that he is three years old, I'd like to share some of his favorite He's three and a half months old and weighing six pounds. 4 grams! When many other cresties reach that weight at a much later age. He has been prioritizing growth and breeding over his pangea watermelon, which he consumes in large quantities. I've heard the flavor is a little bland, but I haven't had any issues with it yet.

This is the only time I'm going to buy it
5/5

My gecko refused to eat and was underweight, which was causing me concern. She refused to eat anything until I brought this to her. I fed her a stirring stick, which she ripped from my hands because she was so eager to eat it. She's gaining weight nicely, and the scent makes mixing fun!.

For my cresties, it's an amazing CGD! Growth of Pangea In my opinion, the breeding formula gets an A
5/5

We have six geckos at the moment, ranging in age from hatchling to four years. Regardless of flavor, they all enjoy the Pangea brand. This particular formula is well-liked by all of my geckos. To mix things up a little, I'll throw in some flavored formula or Rapashy grubs and fruit. This is solely to prevent them from becoming addicted to a single flavor. The strange odor that others have complained about is most likely due to the lack of a strong fruit flavoring and the presence of ground insect meal, but neither I nor my geckos had any problems with it. Only because it mixes up a little thicker than the other flavors (I believe due to the added insects and nutrients) did I give it four stars for thickness. Aside from that, it's a fantastic CGD, and my cresties love it.

It's a win, in my opinion
5/5

To begin with. . . I have crested geckos, day geckos, gargoyle geckos, fish scale geckos, mourning geckos, and leopard geckos in my collection. I make an effort to provide a diverse menu. Repashy foods, waxworms, mealies, hornworms (if I can get them small enough), crickets, and occasionally crickets. br>br>I've tried other Pangea products in different flavors, but this is the first one that really stood out. I notice that the food has been thoroughly consumed rather than simply licked. I have a few animals that I'd like to see at a higher weight. So far, everything appears to be going well.

It's fantastic! This drives my baby Gargoyle Gecko insane! I try to avoid hand-feeding her, but I can't help myself once a week
5/5

She was aggressively biting at the stick, something she never did with Repashy. I believe it's because this blend contains insects, which she hasn't encountered previously.

Picky Crested jumped in with both feet
5/5

I recently acquired a new crested gecko but was unable to obtain any information about it. Was an adoption, and it sneered at the rest of the foods I tried. After taking a bite, the gecko dove right in and devoured everything I had to offer. I filled his feeder right before lights out, and he was at the feeding station within 5 minutes of lights out, devouring it. He hadn't eaten in over a week, so he was starving. I was beginning to be concerned, but now I'm at ease. If you're unsure about the other reviews, don't be. The gecko was "overjoyed" to receive it because it worked so well.
