After doing a lot of research on how they work and following the instructions, I used these to give myself a glow. Having all of my plants killed by them was a disaster. According to their own accounts, these should be just fine in my kind of tank. I did further research into them. They are, however, wrong as far as their products are concerned. My overall opinion of the product is not worth the expense. Providing something else just to get us to buy in the hobbyist market will suffice.
