It was very useful to me when it came to containing the food have a small size and are able to float easily. It's nice that they stay in place with the suction cup. The sharp edges on the bottom of the bowl were not what I liked and I found them a bit dangerous for my fish. In order to use them, I had to file down the sides. This is a fist accessory so it should have a nice smooth surface on all sides.
