I don't see why not; it's exactly what it says it is: cholla wood.

Is this suitable for a tank with a bearded dragon?

Yes, but keep in mind that Cholla will discolor water.

I haven't decided yet. I purchased mine in inches, so it was all in one piece.

It was sprayed with strange stuff - What exactly is it, and why is it so important? We used cholla wood perches and other similar items for our birds, and I thought this would be perfect

This is a good climbing surface for our ball python, and when I took it out of the box, I was surprised by how large and substantial it was. But. br>br> What exactly is this splattered mess? I initially mistook it for a mudslide. I realized it's some kind of COATING as I looked at it more. Why would anyone spray cholla with a protective coating? I'm afraid I'll poison my snake if I put it in his habitat. I might keep it if the seller can tell me what it is because I like it, and I'd be happy to change my rating, but I'd like to know what that stuff painted on it is. If I don't hear from someone within the next week, I'll be returning this and explaining why to Amazon.

For a couple of months, it was ideal

When I first got it, it was so lovely. However, it developed these small black spots after a few months. I didn't know what they were because I boiled it before putting it in the freshwater tank. I had to get rid of it because I was afraid it would infect the tank.

For my 20 gallon tank, I received a massive piece. It had to be cut in half, with only the top half being used for the time being. br>To ancher the "tree," I used a rock and a suction cup. It's now a shrimp haven, thanks to some moss!.

This is a large piece

When I received it, I was astounded because it was a few inches larger than what I had ordered. Despite the fact that it would have fit in my aquarium, I chose to cut it. I used new wire cutters, but I'm sure there's a better option. If you do the same (or even if you don't), make sure any sharp pieces of wood are clipped, sanded, or otherwise disabled so that your fish's scales aren't harmed. Make sure any holes big enough for a small fish or fry to get stuck in are sealed as well. Plants were glued into the larger natural holes, and the ends were bent and glued in to keep fish from becoming stuck.

Don't be afraid to buy it. I bought this as a Christmas present for a dear friend who adored a large cholla branch with many branches that I have. I was worried that your cholla branch would arrive with few or no branches, leaving her disappointed. So, the second she got it, she took a video of herself literally squealing with joy. It had a lot of branches and was in perfect condition when it arrived. She is overjoyed, and I am overjoyed! Do you have 3-D printing capabilities? Branches that are four feet long? I am a very happy camper, and I have signed this document.

Everything will be fine! Nothing to write home about! I had high hopes, but all I got was a solid, straight piece with no branches! And the box in which it arrived was enormous for a stick! That's a two-foot stick

My cholla wood branch was rock-solid, with no hollowed sections. For $35, I would definitely not buy it again!.

Unfortunately, I had to break a piece off to fit it around the other pieces in my Hermit crab tank, but I was still able to use all of the components. The long horizontal branch in the attached image is the one I purchased from this seller. My chums are on board!.

It's all about the size

The cholla tree is lovely, and it has a few small branches. There isn't just one piece that is perfectly straight. a lot more I was pleasantly surprised by how well it turned out. I've been looking for something to use as a topper for my hermit crab tank. I'm now looking for a larger tank because I'll have to cut it down to fit: (Oh, it's perfectly natural. ) There are no funky odors and the environment appears to be clean.
