I believe it isn't really the same as it appears, you can actually see it. For those who want to see them first, there is a Walmart near you
Honestly, I will tell you the truth. Despite the house being a danger to your Beta, I don't believe it is a danger to you. The fish I have in my tank are Red-eyed Sea Eels A short-tailed black shark, a Tiger barb and a Rosy barb are among the rough-tailed sharks that we saw So far, they haven't encountered any problems. In the few instances that they body slam one another against it, it appears that the pineapple is more injured than the players. things considered, as long as it isn't sunken deep into the sand/rocks, it will open enough so your beta can swim and have enough space to move around.
The turtle seems to be a baby, maybe a little older than two years old. Furthermore, it washes off the color when it comes in contact with

This is a fantastic product, but unfortunately the color fades after a few The aquarium store offered to test the water for us, and the sample came back normal. We were worried it might affect the quality of the water in the tank, so we took a sample to be tested. Two months later, the fish survived, so it is not poisonous to the fish or plants, but it is disappointing that the colors aren't as vivid as they used to be. I gave it 3 stars because it should be stated that the color fades after a couple of weeks. Apart from the disappointment issue, we also have a problem with safety since we have molly fish, and these are fish that tend to be resistant. Sadly, I do not know what other species are affected by the faded paint, but I think it should be warned to keep that in mind.
ACCESS TO YOUR AQUARIUM IS NOT PERMITTED! DISAPPOINTING! I can't believe it! Cute if you don't have an aquarium, but you can't use it. The glass of the windows and door are very sharp inside, and the frames themselves have very There is more than 1/4 inch of space between them and the front of the house (which is actually inward). My finger was cut by it because it is so sharp. The best thing I could have done was inspect it before I put it in my aquarium. One of my fish was gutted. Definitely a design flaw of the worst kind. My understanding is that it is not trimmed as soon as it is made. It would have been better spent on something else.
Take the 3 stars with a grain of salt. The ornament you've chosen is amazing! The only thing that needs to be done is Besides 30 minutes and a love for spongebob, you will also need some sandpaper and fish to make this. I spent about 30 minutes sanding the edges (see pictures) so they are not sharp or jagged so the fish doesn't get hurt. I didn't think it would have taken too long, but I know some people won't have the dedication, so I gave it.
In my attempt to fix the problem, I got a small cut, and yes, it can be fixed. As I mentioned above, the edges of the product hindered me from giving it a five star rating. Now that I had a nail file and sand paper, I was able to fix the problem. The inside is very small so this is quite a feat, but I'm sure we'll be able to do it. When you're finished, be sure to rinse very well, and then perform the "nylon stocking test" to ensure it won't damage fish with long fins.
In my case, I have a pretty robust species (Betta), but if you have a more delicate species that is vulnerable to water quality changes, this might not work. As for its stability in water, its material appears to be polyresin, so I'm fairly certain it will work well without a problem. That said, I am in no way an expert, so please use your best judgment.
The first place I saw this was in a pet store, but I finally decided to buy it from Amazon since it was cheaper there. Currently, I have a freshwater tank of 5 gallons with a Betta, three guppies, and a Starfish. When the pineapple is in and it looks wonderful, my Betta decides that it will become his new hangout spot after two weeks. Several more weeks later (it has now been in the tank for a month and a half) and the rocks around the pineapple begin to turn orange, and my Betta starts to become more lethargic and less energetic. It is hard to tell but the rocks are the same color as the pineapple but I didn't see any paint flakes come off. In an attempt to make the Betta feel better, I dumped the pineapple out of the tank and put him in another. It appears this is *BR>*BR>This picture is of the area where the pineapple was, it is easy to see where the pineapple sat and how it discolored the surrounding rocks.
However, I found the inside surface of the pineapple to be very sharp as I felt part of it inside the pineapple. My dwarf gourami was stuck half way inside one of the windows when I woke up this morning. After slowly wriggling him out, I released him. There is blood on the top of his fin, and his eyes are sunken into his head, and he is This is extremely annoying and extremely upsetting to me! The situation is more tragic than anything else! It hasn't even been a week since I have had him, and already he is dead. It is scary to put back the pineapple in! I thought I would enjoy my spongebob decorations, but that turned out not to be the case! The incident left me with pictures of my fish before and after it happened.
According to the mixed reviews some are saying the edges are sharp, while some are saying that it is perfect, while some are saying to sand it down. Attempting to sandpaper the window chips it even more, and when I try to sandpaper it again, it chips Even though I tried sandpapering the chips to even them out, I found this product to be quite inferior to any other on the market. bother with the squidward house its edges are sharp all over the inside as well, and it's hard to get into. My excitement and that of the people worked out in the end. I can see the merit to purchasing something that needs that much modification, but I do not think it's worth it for me.
The pineapple was only there for two days, so I found him stuck in the little window of the pineapple. Quite honestly, my fish was much smaller than the smallest betas at Petco, I'm not sure if it was because he was big. In the event that I lose another fish, I will purchase décor with a single opening or decor with large openings. To finish the pineapple, I sanded down the sharp edges of all the windows and a portion of the bottom with sand paper. As I didn't want the color to leak into the water, I also washed it with warm water and soap. My heart is heavy, but I will be cautious from now on. It is located in.
