It is impossible for the unit to work if both lights are out. Despite knowing that the unit has power, it may still be defective & may need to be repaired It needs to be replaced. In case of "Loop" lights out, there is a broken connection between the underside and the backside There is a ground boundary wire that is more difficult to locate, but if you walk it you can see it In digging it, you may find the tracks of an animal. Delivery was very fast! Lightening struck my original Petsafe transmitter which I had purchased several years ago. I needed to replace it with this product. The original transmitter was not going to be saved with any amount of grounding. There was a lightning strike too close to the building. It was a replacement transmitter that I ordered. I was happy with the product it arrived quickly, was brand new, and I was able to install it with little effort. I would definitely order from this seller again.

It states in the description that the power supply is included. An AC power supply did not come with the unit.

How come there is no grounding wire attached? How come you don't have a Is this a disappointment since there is no ground wire attachment like it had on my older unit? Are there also no surge protectors included in this package? Even though it is stated in the manual that it should already Why not just have a ground wire attachment? I have an extra, so why not use that? It doesn't seem to be a big deal, though, since everything works well

After reading the instructions and laying out the inground wire, performing the test, and walking my highly intelligent dog around the perimeter, I had the system installed in no time at all.
