A great mutt with huge nails, a medium sized high energy (ok, wild) setter with brownish and blonde nails, and a small mutt. My one dog's brownish to blonde nails come out beautifully when the light is turned on to show exactly where the quicks are. I have a black dog that I did not have any success with the light on. The nails of both dogs are very hard. I was able to cut/nip the paper without any problems. I don't like it. There is a lot of sharpness in them. There is no doubt that my dogs have large and hard In any case, the grinder works extremely well! There is a small amount of noise if the guard is left It is much quieter to grind nails without the guard. There is no problem with the noise even for my Spazzo. It only takes a little grinding each week to prevent their nails from even needing to be trimmed. Those puppies have been with me for 3 weeks now. In fact, they don't care if I use the grinder with the guard on because they've used it so many times. Although the guard is not necessary, it does make it much easier to shape the ends of the nails. Not only that, but it will not cause any harm without it. Additionally, I would like to mention the following As of now, I have not had to charge the grinder as it came charged. We have been using 3 bigger dogs for 3 weeks and they are doing great! The cutter part could have been a bit stronger, so I'd have given it 5 solid stars.

Exactly what I have been looking for! A previous owner of my 100 pound German Shepherd caused his dew claws to have way too much growth on them. There were too many of them to count. When I saw that the price was so good, I decided to give it a try. He does not wear glasses yet, so I had been considering going in to have them done at least for the first time. We trimmed both of them down to a length acceptable to us in 25 minutes. was shocked at what I heard. The worst thing about it was that my dog was drooling while I used this on his claws, and he is a complete fear-monger! Despite the low price, I was sold on this product! Each end has a light on it, one for clipping and the other It's a great deal!.

Since neither my husband nor I have cut dog nails before, we have no experience. The clippers were not used because our new puppy has black nails and we did not want to hurt him, but the grinder works great. This noise didn't bother the dog at all, as it was quite. This product does exactly what it says it will. I wanted an easy to use and comfortable tool that would also make trimming my nails easier. This does the job perfectly. The light made it a lot easier to use. Love that you get such a great product for such a low price!.

It takes me each week to trim their nails due to the scratching all over. My past attempts at making it all over the house have always failed. My cats now have clean nails because I can easily wipe them down.

The vet cuts my dog's nails and she hates it. The grinder's low noise level makes it ideal for people with hearing loss I am able to grind at my own pace it may take longer, but it is a sure way to trim my dog without going to the groomer. It saves you money on groomers!.
