I'm not sure because I already tossed the box, but the materials and construction are of very high quality.

The product itself was satisfactory, but the $22 price irritated me. They slapped me with a $79 "restocking fee. " br>I have Amazon Prime and have never seen a restocking fee mentioned. br>Recent changes: Furrpaw Bark Collection has a good product but poor customer service. They're attempting to convince me that I didn't properly repackage the product, and it's now damaged. I'm not sure how that qualifies as a "restocking fee," but they're lying in any case.
It appeals to me. It's extremely well-made - A nice textured carpet complements the smooth finished wood. I'm still teaching my dog how to use it with the couch, but I really like it! I'm confident she'll figure it out in the end. This ramp, too, had already been constructed!.
This was purchased for my small dog, who was unable to jump onto the bed any longer. After a few days of training and assisting her in walking up and down the stairs, she began to use it on a regular basis. Make sure it's set up so the dog has enough room to start up the ramp with a rug for traction. It's a little like a "leap start. " I positioned it horizontally at the foot of the bed so that she could reach the top of the ramp and then turn left onto the foot of the bed. Because the ramp is too steep for a tall bed, it is unlikely to work. In comparison to the cheap plastic doggie stairs, this ramp is well worth the extra money.
It is very easy for a 9-year-old dachshund to walk up and down it in order to get onto the sofa and bed. Consider getting another one so I don't have to move it from the living room to the bedroom every time I want to use it.
Material for slipping. It's something that all pets use on a regular basis, and it's a great way for them to avoid having to jump. The only issue is that the surface should be made of a more grippy material. My dog has been slipping on it, and the entire point of having the ramp is that his pelvis and back legs were compromised by being hit by a car years ago, so when he slips, falls, or otherwise uses it, it defeats the purpose of having it. It was necessary to buy and add non-alcoholic beverages to the mix. To make it non-toxic, remove PEM material from the Mad Matter at a cost of over $100. blunder safe. br>It would also be nice if there was a narrower option; cats and small dogs don't require such a wide path. It could, and probably should, be half the width it is now.
This has been a huge help for our dog Walter, who was having trouble with his back legs because the stairs were too difficult for him.
My dog had a very strong injury to his legs.
