After owning the original Carlson mini pet gate, I upgraded to the 24-inch version. inch extension to accommodate a 46-inch table I didn't need the smaller pieces because I had an inch opening, but I'm sure you could add as many as you want because they're well made and fit together nicely.
There should be enough for two people.
No, I didn't get any extra foot pads because I didn't think I needed them.
Yes, I believe so. I'm using the extension, the main part of the pet gate, and one of the 4 inch extensions to fit a 47-inch opening.

For small pets, this is a great alternative to a gate. The Carlson step-ladder was something I had purchased. because they were the only rooms with carpet, I used an over gate that came with a small extension to put across my children's bedrooms to keep the dogs out, and they worked perfectly. My four-year-old can easily step over the gate, and it keeps the dogs (and her one-year-old baby sister) out of her room. However, we had to remove the baby's room gate so that she could walk in and out, and we already have problems with the dogs destroying the carpet. So, unless we're all home to watch the dogs, I've decided to keep them in the kitchen most of the time. I purchased this 24" extension to use with the gate, and it fits the 44 perfectly. I needed the gate to fit through a 5" opening. Because it was a really tight fit and the gate would've been too long with them, I had to remove the grey plastic part that you spin to tighten it and use the rubber end stoppers without them. I only used one, which is the one that goes up under the cabinets at the end. One of my chihuahuas had been able to squeeze through that space under our previous wooden gate, so her little red wagon was fixed! They haven't figured it out yet, but I believe they could jump over it if they tried. So far, this gate has proven to be ideal for my needs! I was able to avoid having to purchase a new gate by purchasing this extension for around $20. I like how they sell different sized extensions to go with the original gate, which gives it a lot of versatility!.
This extension piece was supposed to be two or three connectable sections that could be attached to the original gate. It's a complete gate extension of 24 inches in length. As it is only one piece, I am unable to use it properly because the original gate is too long to fit in the doorway for which it was purchased. As a result, it isn't very useful because it isn't adjustable in any way. To make it work properly and interconnect with the other pieces, I'll have to literally cut off a section of it. Until then, I've zip tied it together to make it the right size for my doorway.
It was too small to fit through my door. This seller promotes their Prime status by offering free shipping and returns. That isn't the case. Be Wary of the Buyer!.
This is the perfect height for our corgi puppy. We can easily walk over to her, and she is contained. It really works. This extension also leads to a small door on the gate.
This is a great gate to use if you have a small dog and a doorway that is wider than a standard baby gate. The mini- The pet gate comes with a built-in pet door, which is a great feature for owners who don't always want to keep their pets contained. br>br>The gate is sturdy and simple to install without the use of any tools.
This is the third gate I've installed in an attempt to keep my chiweenie off the carpet and out of the kitchen. The first gate was a $10 wooden gate that couldn't even fit through a standard doorway, and the second was a "wide" safety gate that was two inches short of perfect. After wasting so much time and money, I finally found this mini gate with a 24" extension for around $40-$50. In comparison to other extra-wide gates, this isn't bad at all. For a 5' opening, I only needed to use one of the standard pet gate's other extensions. Because my dog is so small, I was concerned about the pet door, but she has yet to figure out how to use it or jump over the gate. Because I'm renting, I ignored the screw packet, but the gate appears to be sturdy enough on its own. I was concerned that the extensions would come loose, but they appear to be secure, thanks to the gate's tight mounting. If you have a small dog and need a wide pet gate, this is the one to get.
This was the only low gate and extension that would fit through the opening in my large entryway.
