There's nothing I love more than I struggled for months to walk my two small dogs without losing my patience as their leashes were constantly tangled. With this leash, we were able to enjoy our daily walks. My favourite part was that I was able to shorten the taller dog's section so that the shorter dog could keep up without being dragged along. As a person who is walking dogs with other dogs, I enjoy the bright color and construction of the collar which allows me to hold the more excitable dogs nearer to me. I thought it would be lighter than it turned out to be, but my dogs did not have any difficulties with it. A great leash that I highly recommend.

When I was trying to untangle my leashes, I was always concerned that I would drop one and a dog would get away! Before, I had tried a double lead, but the dogs would wrap themselves close to one another because it wasn't spinning. It's like this. I am amazed by how amazing this is! Rather than me spinning to accommodate the dogs as they cross the floor a million times, the bottom simply spins to accommodate their movement. Juggling leashes is no longer a problem for me! The handle is really cushioned so there is much more of a pull from the dogs since it is all in one, rather than split among two. But that should be taken into account because there is a ton of cushioning. There is also a need to be a bit stronger if one or both dogs pull, since it can seem like the two of them are teaming up to run away from you (one of my dogs is just pretty quirky). As soon as I switch to just one dog, I just connect both leads to the dog's harness and that's perfectly fine! A leash for $20 may seem extravagant, but if I had known it would be this easy to walk them, I would have invested more a long time ago.

Since I have 2 children, 15 and 16 pounds, I went with the smaller size, and the leash itself has a detachable cushioned handle. In addition, I hooked the double leash part to a retractable leash and took it off of the double.

There is no doubt that this product is made well and will last for a long time. It is important to note that the two extenders are not attached to the main rope. While I did not take this into consideration when I ordered it, since I have begun to use the dual leash walking method, I think this is key. There is also an issue with the hooks that attach to the dogs being too strong for small dogs, especially if they are wearing a harness that clips to their backs. This metal clip would cause bruises on my dogs! I highly recommend this product to pet owners with medium to large dogs. Do not unplug it for any reason The leash should be cut from one of the dogs.

In addition, I am the owner of two mixed breed dogs, an Australian Cattle Dog and a Border Collie Pup. Despite our efforts, they are terrible at walking together and the leash is the only thing that calms them. It's like a tug of war! It was only after they realized they were only pulling on each other that they slowed down because they never tangled even when they switched sides so many times! (Commending the cattle dog for the constant wandering!
