The problem is simply trust. I'm not sure if there is a weight limit or recommended weight for this? Three months ago it held up in the dry heat of Arizona. Now that it's been used by three big dogs, I am concerned it'll snap in a matter of time. I'll keep you posted if any issues arise.

I recommend this leash for dogs who have two leads. The weight of my adult dogs is supposed to be about 25 lbs. My order for the leash was placed based on the information given. That was a big surprise to me when it arrived. There is enough strength in this thing for two 100 lb dogs to use. We are all laughing at it! When I contacted the seller, I was informed that the cost to return the item was the same as what I had initially paid. The man did not offer to help in spite of the fact that his information was incorrect. Please let me know what the return cost would be so I can beware if I return the item. He does need to correct his information, and I did tell him so. It would have been wise to file a complaint with Amazon about him.

Purchasing this product was part of the preparations for picking up my 8 week old puppies. This is the leash I was gonna use to train them. I learned that was a bad idea because one of the puppies would slingshot the other when it ran, so it became a power struggle. Using this leash as our first walk (16 weeks old) after learning how to walk with two separate leashes has proved to be quite successful today. The trip to the potty was quite easy in some aspects, but if one puppy stopped to go potty and the other one ran, the experience was like Therefore, if your dogs are not still in training and act well on the leash, you may be able to use this. It is very easy to walk my two Danes with one easy handle so I can hold on to each of them. As I said before, the handle is a bit big for me, but it does make it a little easier to hold on to as it doesn't hurt my hands if the puppy pulls a little too hard.
